Our Cannes refuge

This is the second year that we've rented Louis' place. It's a delightul, quiet refuge from the madness of the film festival. The beach is a 15 minute walk but we like the area which feels more 'real' than the Croisette and Rue d'Antibes. The wifi works perfectly, if you want to cook you will find everything you need, and the front terrace is a nice place to relax.

Nice apartment

The apartment is very beautiful and offers enough space for at least 6 person. You have to walk 10-15 minutes to the Cannes Harbour and 20 min for wider beaches. The way to the city takes 10min.

Lovely apartment

We stayed in Louis' place for 12 days in May. It was perfect for 3 friends in need of 3 separate bedrooms. It was clean, and I have never seen such a well-stocked kitchen in a rental property. There was an issue with the wi-fi but communication with Louis was excellent and the problem was resolved. The area is a quiet, leafy residential zone around 15 to 20 minutes' walk from the sea. There's a sunny terrace which is perfect for evening aperitifs. All in all, a great experience.

Perfekt für einen Urlaub

Die Übergabe und der Check Out haben super geklappt. Die Ferienwohnung ist groß genug um sich Abends zu erholen. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut und die Kinder spielten gerne Billiard. Der Fernseher ist etwas klein, wir konnten uns aber bei Netflix anmelden.Man ist in 20 Minuten am Strand und in 10 Minuten am Bahnhof, um Ausflüge zu unternehmen. Bäcker und kleine Supermärkte sind in der Nähe.Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war schnell und zuverlässig.Wir können die Wohnung nur empfehlen.

A recommander sans hésitation

Nous avons passé 2 semaines dans cet appartement et avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour. Il est spacieux et doté de tout le nécessaire. La plupart des balades dans Cannes peuvent se faire à pied. D'autres destinations sont accéssibles en train ou en bateau. Sinon lorsqu'il faut prendre la voiture les 2 places de parking de l'appartement sont très appréciables. Le propriétaire a été très disponible lorsque nous avons eu des questions et la personne qui nous a accueilli sur place aussi. Merci à eux pour leur accueil ! Nous reccomandons cet appartement sans hésitation.

Fabuleux séjour cannois

Nous avons passé une dizaine de jours dans l'appartement de Louis et cela fut très agréable. L'appartement est tout à fait conforme aux photos, aucune mauvaise surprise de ce côté là. Vous trouverez sur place tout ce dont vous avez besoin : serviettes, draps mais aussi jeux de société, beaucoup de robots et accessoires culinaires. Quelle joie d'avoir une terrasse dans chaque pièce ! Louis est un hôte charmant, et très arrangeant. Je recommande donc son appartement sans hésiter, vous aurez l'assurance d'un très chouette séjour Merci pour tout encore Louis !
