When you are ready to sleep, know that your home away from home has 3 downstairs master bedrooms with their ensuite bathrooms and 50+ inch smart TVs. The upstairs kids’ rooms are Frozen and Star Wars themed and each have their own ensuite full bathroom and TV.

We provide you with a complimentary starter toiletry kit so you can take your time going to Walmart which is right down the street!

Guest access: Guests have access to all of Windsor Hills Resort Amenities during their stay! So catch some Florida sun at the pool while your little ones have a blast at the Resort Arcades or Theater!

Hands down the best property management implant I’ve ever dealt with! The property was so thoughtfully decorated and cozy. Great for large parties. Great location and all around we loved this rental. Highly recommend!!

Excellent location - the house was delightful for a multi-generational family of six adults and two “littles.” Nice size bedrooms and bathrooms - the upstairs themed rooms delighted the kids. Communication with the host was timely and right on point. Great value for a family “doing Disney!” The community pool was a delightful plus.

During our stay we did shop at nearby stores and several times purchased food at the pool grill. The proximity to all the Disney attractions was very convenient and we had dinner in many of the restaurants especially ones that were not a chain establishment.

Nice place and very close to the Disney parks. One thing that was not listed in the listing is that all masters are on the main floor. This is great for people with mobility issues.

Wonderful Experience

The house was amazing, and super close to Disney, if that is what you are vacationing for. The family loved the space and we loved how each room had its own bathroom. We would definitely stay here again.

Would be a great space for a large group, even though we traveled with a small group and didn’t use all of the rooms. Pool area was enjoyable and we appreciated the safety fence and door alarm with littles. Host was easy to communicate with and check in and out was super easy. It was clean enough for daily use but could use a deep clean throughout. Beds were ok, but nice to have 2 main floor king suites. Some more thoughtful touches would have been nice- towel hooks, better quality toilet paper and paper towels, actual hand soap, some dish soap, 1 trash bag per day if trash is expected to be taken out daily (buying a full box on vacation makes zero sense) etc. We don’t expect a full stock but I think people are willing to pay a tiny bit extra for some basic comforts. Overall, we were happy with our stay and it fit our needs. Cute little vacation home area and it was close to where we needed to go.

Perfect vacation home close to Disney!

We visited Orlando for a cheerleading competition + family vacation. This property exceeded all expectations. It was clean, comfortable & has an amazing pool. The kids had a blast playing video games and swimming. I’ll definitely stay here again in the future!

Great house, great location!

A really comfortable and well equipped house. Ideal location super close to Walmart, loads of restaurants and shops and a short drive to the Disney Parks. Gina (the owner) and the management company are extremely responsive if you need anything during your stay. The booking process and communication from Gina was top notch! Would definitely stay here again. I have to add that the sofa and beds were sooooo comfortable, which is something that you definitely need when you want a good rest and some much needed down time away from the parks.

Girls Trip

5 bed, 5 bath property that worked out great for our girls weekend. Any issues (tripped outlets, broken faucet, too few wash clothes) were addressed very promptly. Just a word to future renters, we didn’t know, you must bring your own toiletries including shampoo, body wash and conditioner. We also bought extra toilet paper, Kleenex, dishwasher pods and dish soap. Very nice, secure neighborhood, close to Disney. We didn’t use the game room or pool but both were very nice.

We had a wonderful stay! The house was very clean and conveniently located close to Disney, with easy access in and out of the resort. The kids loved the private pool and had a great time at the resort water park as well. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to families visiting the area.

Perfect House!

This house was amazing! We had two families staying in it (4 adults and 6 children) and we had plenty of room. The beds were comfy, the pool was nice, the kitchen was very well equipped. The game room was the coolest. The people in our party that went to the watersides said they were awesome. The pool door alarm battery was dead upon arrival. I left one message and it was fixed immediately so they are very on top of things there too. I do not have any complaints. It was a wonderful house!
