Loved this condo, the location, and facility as a whole. We have been to waterscape for the past 3 years and this condo is our current favorite. Arrival was easy and checkout was simple too. We would definitely come back!

Unit has great access to pools and beach with a ground floor entrance. No pulling carts thru hallway. Beds were all confortable. Had plenty cooking pans ect. The ice maker was broken when we arrived they fixed next day. Would recommend this unit and would stay again.

this was an amazing condo to stay in the check-in and check out process was so easy and accommodating, the rooms an entire condo was so clean and updated then to be able to walk right out of the patio onto the grassy lawn and then overlooking the beach was just amazing. We will definitely be booking here every year

Great Vacation

Stayed for 1 week with our 2 year old and 6 month old.The Waterscape property itself is in excellent condition when considering the amount of use and abuse it goes through. Staff was seen daily maintaining and up keeping the property. The pool is massive and has something for all ages. You are allowed to BYOB to the pool which is a huge plus. There is a snack shack ran by Fudpuckers, it’s on the expensive side and was not reliably open as advertised. Two drinks from the snack shack was 35. Gas grills are on the pool deck and to my surprise used quite a bit. We felt left out and went to the Fresh Market in Destin to purchase stuff for the grill. We enjoyed grilling by the ocean at night. The property was perfect for our family and will recommend it to anyone with kids of all ages. If you don’t have kids, there may be better options as waterscape caters to families. In regards to the unit it self it met our expectations. The parking garage is nice, it’s about a 5 minute walk from the garage to the unit. The unit does need to be deep cleaned and we will provide more detailed feedback privately. We choose a ground unit due to having two young kids. The unit gets morning shade and afternoon sun. The AC in unit works great. One of the rooms is next to the pool and you can hear the outdoor activities until 10pm nightly, did not bother us. The units location allowed our kids to nap while we relaxed by the lazy river.Overall enjoyed our stay and will be back.

Perfect beach rental

The location was perfect, close to the ocean and close to the pools. We really enjoyed our stay, and the resort had a lot of fun activities for the kids. Property was clean, but there are a few things that could be upgraded in the bathrooms. Overall loved it!

Closest property to the white sandy beach and the pool.

We had a great stay in Okaloosa Island. This property has everything you need. We have stayed at beach front properties many times and this is the closest to the beach and to the pool. Great location!

The amenities of the property are excellent for families. Our kids loved the pools and the lazy river. The beach was a little crowded at times, but ok considering it was spring break. The unit was a great location on the property.

What a beautiful property!

My husband and I stayed at Waterscape with extra room for our grandchildren who were also here with their parents. The facility was so very clean, inside and out. Check in was a breeze and the owners were extremely informative and helpful. The pools were perfect for the grandbabies ages 6, 4, and 11 months. We will definitely be back!

Perfection!! Loved A102

This was our 6th time staying at Waterscape, we love it! We've stayed in various units but A102 is my new favorite! The location can't be beat, especially with 2 small children! Love the new decor as well. We will definitely plan to book here again! Thank you!

Family vacation

It was such huge convenience being on the bottom floor with children. You are close to the pools and beach. Such a nice place and the owners were always available to anwser any questions you have. We will be coming back to this same condo next year.

A wonderful stay!

This is our 3rd year coming to A102 and it won't be our last! The condo was perfect, a new fridge and new couches!! Being on the ground floor is key when traveling with kiddos and this condo had it all! We love coming back year after year and can't wait for the new memories that will be made next year! Last minute summer vacation

This is a great property. Ground level so the kids can come and go through patio doors. As close to the beach as you can be at Waterscape. We have stayed in this condo twice in the last 10 years. Always a great time.

Loved our condo great location for little ones to play in yard and close to both pool and beach.

Loved the location for my family to enjoy the pool and beach. Just hope they can fix the leak in kitchen. When it rains hard it floods the whole kitchen. I called the owner and he was very helpful about the situation.

Perfect Condo for a Great Vacation!

This was our first visit to the Destin area and it did not disappoint! The condo was perfect and so convenient being so close to the beach and on the first floor. The kitchen was well stocked (including a blender, crockpot and toaster oven!), the daily activities at the pool deck were great and the beach was amazing! The beach service was easy to use and the guys were super helpful. Parking was easy, even with a large SUV and it was easy to get to Publix and many local restaurants and sites. I would definitely recommend this condo and complex. We had the best week!
