In the heart of Annecy city center. Close to the old pedestrian town and the lake.
Comfortably equipped apartment to accommodate a couple of 2 adults with 2 children.
Children's beds are not suitable for adults.
Ideally located to enjoy Annecy and its activities without using the car. Close to the train station / bus. Local bike closed.
Crossing apartment of 4 rooms including 3 bedrooms. 4th floor with elevator.

We loved this apartment! This was perfect for us (a family with two children aged 5 and 9). The apartment is full of charm and well organized. The fact that this place is owned by a family meant that our children could find interesting books and toys in their respective rooms (which we used with extra care and respect). We felt close to everything, and appreciated the welcome note with a bottle of the local wine! Good restaurant recommendations too in Thierry's local tips...

Très bien situé, aménagement de qualité et très bon accompagnement du propriétaire

L'appartement est idéalement situé à coté du centre historique. Seul petit bémol : le niveau sonore, totalement dépendant de la situation. Les nombreuses plages sont accessibles à pied ou vélo en dix minutes. Il est possible d'organiser le séjour pour ne pas prendre la voiture. Le propriétaire fait preuve d'une grande disponibilité pour répondre aux questions. Le dossier d'arrivée est par ailleurs très complet ! L'appartement est très bien aménagé, et fonctionnel. Nous garderons un très bon souvenir de ces vacances.

Très bel appartement, idéalement situé pour profiter de la vieille ville.

Accueil sympathique avec snacks et vin blanc. La connexion internet réservée aux hôtes dans le charmant bureau et les brochures montrent tout l’intérêt que porte le propriétaire à ce que nous disposions de tout pour organiser notre week-end. Situé dans l’hypercentre, au point de départ de toutes les activités sympa à faire en famille. Laissez votre voiture au parking (attention aux tarifs nous sommes arrivés après la fermeture pour le week-end, cela a coûté 40 euros pour trois jours avec un ticket standard, mais pendant les heures ouvrables il existe des forfaits à acheter). La ville est magique, surtout un week-end de finale de coupe du monde...⭐️⭐️ Merci.

Bonjour, Je vous remercie d'avoir pris le temps d'apprécier votre séjour et notre appartement.. Je profite de votre commentaire pour compléter sur le parking "Poste" situé à 50m de l'appartement. il existe des forfaits séjour: Tarifs: 2 jours : 25€ - 3 jours : 33€ - 5 jours : 45€ Et ils sont dorénavant disponibles à la vente aux caisses automatiques du parking.

A lovely, lived-in family home

Thierry's place is spotlessly clean and tidy, well-appointed for a family and located right in the heart of Annecy. Even with a six and four year old we were able to comfortably walk to the waterfront, old town, and all of the attractions Annecy offers. We had a medical emergency during our stay and Thierry directed us to the local clinic, which was perfect for our needs. And it was lovely to have an elevator after busy days. Beautiful home, great location, helpful host. We loved it!

Great location in the heart of charming Annecy -- thankfully removed a couple of blocks from the crowded tourist streets, but a 5-minute walk from everything, including the street market, great coffee shop, grocery store, shopping, and convenient city parking garage a block away. It was a perfect base for our day-trip ventures up into the alps for long hikes, and evenings spent exploring the town and the gorgeous lake. The apartment was great -- clean, beautiful modern design in a smart building, comfortable bedding, well-appointed kitchen, good shower, great light and cross-breezes, even an elevator to ease getting the luggage upstairs. Thierry was a fantastic host -- very responsive, and even welcomed us with a bottle of Savoy wine and snacks! I can recommend highly.
