Large T3 with swimming pool, beach 100 metres away, close to the port
Between Canet and Argelès, Saint Cyprien, located 18km from Perpignan, a seaside resort, offers many summer activities. Besides its large beach, you can enjoy sailing, sea fishing, boat trips.
The 35m2 apartment includes accommodation for 4 to 6 people.
It faces south-east 100m from the beach, with a very beautiful view of the sea and the lagoon. From your window you can see small pleasure boats passing by.
It consists of a large living room and kitchen, a loggia with sliding window
The kitchen includes: Refrigerator, 4 electric hobs, microwave, electric mini-oven, toaster, electric coffee maker, iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner, TV, etc., as well as enough crockery for you to go from excellent vacation. In the bathroom there is a shower, a sink, a toilet and a washing machine.
In the corridor a sea corner has two bunk beds for children.
For adults two bedrooms each with a double bed.
A parking space is reserved for you in the residence
Sheets and towels are not provided. There are blankets, pillows, tea towels and all the necessary maintenance (floor and dishes)
Rental during the summer season from Saturday to Saturday (one week minimum)
Cleaning deposit: We ask for a cleaning deposit of 150 € on your arrival and returned on your departure if the accommodation is returned in the same condition as on your arrival. (clean)
Material deposit: We ask for a deposit of € 600 on your arrival and returned on the day of your departure.

A market takes place regularly twice a week in Saint Cyprien. There you will find a large selection of local items.
Every morning, on the port, a small fish market will allow you to taste fresh fish sold by fishermen.

Dans l ensemble correct
Acceuil par la gardienne très sympa, appartement bien mais il manque la clim dommage nous avons beaucoup souffert de la chaleur. Heureusement qu' il y a une gardienne pour gérer au bon fonctionnement de la piscine et des locaux. Au niveau propreté sans plus l appartement était correct mais nous avons eu quelques petites surprises.

Bonjour nous sommes desoles pour la climatisation mais il n y a pas de possibilité d en installer une. pour la propreté pouvez vous nous dire ce qui n'allait pas et quelles etaient les petites surprises . La gardienne nous a dit que vous etiez ravi . Merci Gilles
