Les prix affichés sont des prix de location car il n'est pas précisé draps et ménage inclus sur l'annonce.
Cela laisse la possibilité de choix au vacancier et ainsi ne pas alourdir leur budget avec des tarifs inclus d'office. De plus, en raison du Covid, il subsiste aujourd'hui des "comportements de vacanciers".: beaucoup ont pris des habitudes nouvelles et préfèrent aujourd'hui apporter leurs propres linges : draps et serviettes.
