The villa has two levels.

Ground floor: living-dining room with a large fireplace, kitchen, bathroom and 3 bedrooms.
The master bedroom, equipped with a double bed (140 X 190), has an adjoining private bath and toilet. The second chamber has a double bed (140 X 190). The third chamber comprises three individual bed (90 X 190).

Facilities: washing machine, dishwasher, oven, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, gas, mobile barbecue lights, stereo with turntable, DVD / CD player, flat-screen TV.

Sheets not supplied towels.

The lower level is a bedroom with double bed (140 X 190) and a bathroom with a toilet, a large garage and a boiler-laundry. This room is completely independent from the rest of the house with its own entrance.

Available are two garden tables with their chairs, large parasol, table tennis.

The villa is built on a plot of 1000 m2, well wooded with pine heaths.

The nearest beach is Moulleau located 15 minutes walk. The Moulleau also has shops, restaurants, equipped with Wi-bar and a pier with a public maritime link Arcachon or Cap Ferret in summer.

Maison tres agreable confortable , tres propre et tout à disposition . Les chambres sont spacieuses Beau jardin et une terrasse ou il fait bon prendre son petit dejeuner , flaner , rêver.Nous avons apprécié également la disponibilité des propriétaires ,courtois, à l ecoute. C etait tres rassurant pour nous . Nous avions le sentiment d etre chez des amis..tres agréable.Pour les enfants ballons table de ping-pong à disposition.La situation géographique est idéale proximité et en même temps tranquillité pour les petites promenades du matin ou du soirMerci de votre accueil .A plus tard. Avant notre arrivée, nous avons été contactés pour connaître les modalités d'entrée.Un accueil au Top ! Professionnel, amical et simple... Bref tout ce qu'on aime pour les vacances ! Merci à la Conciergerie ! La maison est parfaitement équipée que ce soit pour la cuisine, les divertissements ou le barbecue. Les 3 salles de bains sont fonctionnelles et très appréciées pour un groupe de 7 personnes. Pas de climatisation, mais la maison conserve la fraîcheur, nous n'avons pas souffert de la chaleur Le jardin est clôturé et très arboré. La plage et les commerces sont accessibles à 25 min à pied. Je recommande, c'est un tres bel endroit idéalement situé a proximité des sites touristiques : dune du pilat, cap ferret, bassin d'Arcachon, Biscarosse

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans cette très agréable maison, idéalement placée. Nous avons apprécié la générosité de l'accueil, notamment l'accès libre aux jeux et jouets de la famille.
