This newly renovated conveniently located home is perfect for the family interested in Beach, Boardwalk fun, Views and TONS of activities! Food and rides are a short walk away. Park the car and never need to use it again! Families love the ease of getting to and from any location. Just 1 1/2 blocks from the beach and boardwalk, this 4 bedroom 2.5 bath home has everything you need. Rental comes equipped with 2 driveway parking spots (you can also parallel park 2 cars in front of the house), 1 car garage to hold all of your bikes and beach gear (and a shower), Smart TVs and or firesticks in every room and free wifi. There are 3 private decks. 2 rooms have queen size beds, one has a bunk bed, and the Primary Suite has a king. Central Air and ceiling fans in every room. Address is 813 3rd St, Ocean City NJ.

The property was very clean and overall a lovely place to stay. The listing and communication from the host made it seem like there wouldn’t be much provided, but we were pleasantly surprised to find the house very well stocked. The garage also had a great selection of beach toys, chairs, and items for kids, which was a really nice touch. One thing to keep in mind is that it is a bit of a walk to the beach, which could be a little more challenging for families with very young children or those carrying a lot of beach gear. The cleaning expectations before checkout did feel a little extensive, particularly given the early 9:30 a.m. checkout time. It may be worth revisiting whether all of the requested tasks are necessary, as it can leave guests wondering what is included in the professional cleaning. Overall, though, we really enjoyed our stay and thought it was a very nice, clean, and well-equipped property.

The house was spacious, very beautiful and clean. It was very well equipped and had many family-friendly, kid-friendly extras. Location was close to the beach and boardwalk. Within walking distance to other things in town. September was a wonderful time to be at the shore. Hosts were nice, very helpful and quick to respond.

Perfect house for a week long family stay

This was a perfect location and size house for our 6 adults and two children under 5. Not too far from the beach or the boardwalk arcade/ice cream. Quiet and very safe. We would definitely go back!

Great spot for your family

I stayed here with my family and the house was a perfect fit. It’s a quick walk to the beach and only a slightly longer walk to the boardwalk and Gillian’s Wonderland which was perfect for our daughter. The house was exactly as described and was clean and in great condition when we arrived. The owner was super responsive to all of our questions and very helpful. Overall, a great place to stay!

Amazing 3rd Street Beach House

Had the best time with my family and 2 little kids. The house was perfect (stocked with a wagon, toys, chairs, etc). The kitchen was great to cook in (had everything) and all the beds were comfortable and had a good breeze in every room. Will definitely come back.

Amazing Spot!

Our group had a great time while staying here. Its very spacious, and has several balconies. It's very close to the beach and boardwalk. We didn't use our cars at all there! The hosts promptly answered our questions. 10/10 great time and we hope to b back next year!

Lovely vacation house

Great patio space, ceiling fans in every room with AC, convenient location and close the boardwalk, modern house and lots of parking. Garage full of amenities and quick communication by the owner. The house overall was very clean, though we did need to mop the floor upon arrival. I definitely recommend this house for groups looking for an ocean city visit. Would stay again.

OC VACATION

The house was everything we needed to have a great time. Plenty of beds and 2 1/2 bathrooms. The kitchen has everything you needed to cook a meal and the garage has some beach supplies. The owners were very helpful and checked in with us several times to make sure everything was good. We have been to OC for years and this is a great house to stay at.
