This apartment is situated in the affluent West End, near Haymarket train station. A short distance from Princes Street and walkable to the Royal Mile, this is a great apartment for a family looking for a quiet area to rest at night without having to travel a long distance to reach the city centre.
The spacious living room and dining area has plenty of space for all guests to relax after exploring Edinburgh. Large bay windows flood the room with light and illuminating the chic and elegant decor. This room is equipped with TV (Virgin Media), DVD player, iPod dock stereo and WiFi for your entertainment needs.
Please note Wi-Fi at this property is complimentary.
There is a fully fitted kitchen with all the mod cons you would require that is at your disposal and you can enjoy your home cooked meals at the large oak dining table.
The master bedroom has a King-size bed and large, fitted wardrobe to store all of your luggage easily. The second bedroom has a double bed. The newly upgraded family shower room has a large walk in shower.
Please note we do not provide hypoallergenic bedding at our properties.
This apartment is a great location for all manner of stays. There is plenty of transport to choose from with the Tram line, Airport bus and many inner city bus routes travelling past the main road (a few minutes walk away), as well as Haymarket train station where you can travel further around Scotland from.
This property doesn't come with free parking but there is paid street parking in the local area for an additional fee.
Entry to the apartment is from 16:00 onwards; however, please note that arrivals after 21:00 will incur a late fee of £30 for unsociable hours. It is always worth contacting the property manager as they will always endeavour to give you access as soon as possible.
The latest departure time is 11:00, however, a guaranteed later departure (up to 20:00) can be arranged for a fee of 50% of the daily rate for that day but please note this is subject to no existing booking arriving that day already.
A £200 refundable damage/security deposit is due 7 days before arrival, and refunded after departure.
All properties are strictly non-smoking, and do not accept hen/stag/party groups. At least one guest must be over 25 years old.
Please arrange your arrival with the property manager at least 24 hours before arrival.
Check in is from 4pm, and check out is before 11am.
Please note that arrivals after 21:00 will incur a late fee of £30 for unsociable hours.
Please note, if you require the sofa bed to be made up and have not booked for the maximum number of guest, there will be an additional charge.

Beautiful but an electrical nightmare
A beautiful looking apartment but the age of the mattresses, fireplace, heating, lighting, etc. made our visit difficult

The living room was very cozy and I really appreciated all the space we had to stretch out. It was a welcome change from all the hotel rooms. However, there were many issues that required more work than I wanted to do while on vacation.
1. The low light in the living room made it all but impossible to find the starter button for the fireplace. I finally found it after much back and forth with the manager.
2. The heater in the hall closet needed to be set to 40 Degrees celsius before it would kick on. Nobody said anything and it was impossible to know. Went the first night without heat in November.
3. The Shower had an electrical on/off switch that didn't work, so we had to turn it on and off with a switch in the hall closet. 4. The towel heater worked intermittently and only when we didn't need it.
5. The mattresses were horribly uncomfortable.
6. The vanity lights in the bathroom didn't work.
7. The oven was filthy.

Thank you for taking the time to leave feedback - we are glad you made the most of the space in the apartment. We are however sorry to hear of the issues experienced during your stay. In the living room there is a large chandelier and 4 lamps to provide lighting - we are glad our team were able to assist with using the fireplace. Due to a technical issue the timer on the boiler had changed meaning the timings were not accurate - this has since been rectified and we apologise again for the impact this had on your stay. Our team did offer to return to the property to assist with this but the offer was declined. We will forward the remaining comments onto the Property Management team and ask them to make the necessary improvements - please note they would have happily assisted with any of these at the time had you raised these with them. We hope, despite this, that you enjoyed your time in Edinburgh
