Discover an exceptional cottage that combines historic charm with modern comfort, set in the 2-hectare park of the Manoir de Roz Maria, a 17th-century former convent, with views over the historic center of Quintin. This large, fully enclosed cottage can accommodate up to 11 adults, or 12 if traveling with children.

Over 200 m², the ground floor features a spacious living area, a fully equipped kitchen, a bright and comfortable lounge with TV and DVD player, as well as a toilet and plenty of storage. Upstairs, you will find four bedrooms, a mezzanine, and two bathrooms with toilets. Bed linens and towels are provided, and the cottage also offers free Wi-Fi and secure private parking.

Outside, the enclosed private garden with sunny terrace allows you to fully enjoy the peaceful and safe surroundings. There is a garden lounge, parasol, sun loungers, and a barbecue for relaxing moments with family or friends.

Roz Maria Cottage is ideally located to explore Brittany. The beaches of the Bay of Saint-Brieuc are just 20 minutes away, and many tourist sites are nearby, including Île de Bréhat, Lake Guerlédan, Ploumanach, Binic, Saint-Quay, Val André, and Erquy. Quintin, a charming small town, is perfect for discovering local heritage.

Un séjour 5 étoiles !

Tout contribue chez Catherine et Caroline à un séjour de rêve : une très belle maison équipée et meublée avec goût, de superbes extérieurs (jardins, aménagement fleurs et arbres.., jeux…), à tout cela il faut ajouter la gentillesse des hôtesses et de leur accueil Nous avons passé un excellent long week-end, merci!!

Excellent sejour

Nous étions 3 familles composées de ados et d enfants. Tour le monde a trouvé son bonheur dans cette maison. Il y a de l espace pour tout le monde, des pièces pour se retrouver à tous. Il ne manque rien pour notre bien être, la maison est très bien pensée et équipée. Les propriétaires adorables et toujours à l écoute de nos questions. Le village de Quintin est très beau avec divers commerces accessibles à pieds. Nous recommandons vivement cette location pour les grands groupes et les familles.

Petit paradis bucolique

Très belle propriété avec son manoir et son jardin fleuri enchanteur dans le village de Quintin, agrémenté d’un poulailler et trampoline pour le bonheur des petits et d’un jeu de boules pour les grands. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour au gîte attenant au manoir. Tout était parfait :le gîte, la propriété, bbq, le panier d’accueil, la gentillesse et les conseils des propriétaires et de Didier. Mention +++ à Didier pour ces délicieuses crêpes et sa gentillesse avec les enfants ! Marie, Arthur, Liv et Ema se souviendront de ce séjour comme leurs parents !

Ein tolles Haus

Das Haus ist in einer Parkanlage mit einem großen Haus, das als Hotel genutzt wird, gelegen. Es ist alles sehr gepflegt und schön wie in einem Pilcher-Film ;-) Wir haben das Haus zu sechs Personen und 4 kleinen Hunden genutzt und es war sehr komfortabel. Problemlos hätte es auch mit zwei weiteren Erwachsenen u einem Kind bewohnt werden können. Quintin ist ein schöner kleiner Ort. Von hier haben wir die Bucht von St. Brieuc erkundet. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
