Private Lofted Downtown Studio

The Loft is a freestanding lofted studio located next to our main home, newly built and designed for our guest stay in mind. Guest will enter through private entrance off a private driveway into the well appointed 600+sq ft. studio.

once in, swing open the grand doors onto your private patio (unfenced) surrounded by a lush planted garden full of blooming flowers, Veggies and Herbs - all for the picking during your stay.

Relax and unwind in our custom design bathroom. Featuring high-end bath products & plush towels. Soak in a petal-drawn bath in our skirted cast-iron tub. Shower under our waterfall shower head all awhile keeping your toes warm on the heated floors throughout the entire ground level.

cozy up in the upstairs king loft. Featuring an oversized king wingback bed -layered in high-end designer bedding. Turn on the fireplace & Lay your head down on a variety of pillow-filled options. The loft offers a wonderful writing desk stocked with all the essential.

Hang-out in the well appointed living room. Put your feet up and catch up on your favorite series, movie, documentaries with full Cable, HBO, Netflix,& Amazon. Listen to the Bose music player while playing games and making puzzles. More than 2 guest? This is where you will find our top-rated high end Queen sleeper for two. Draw the blackout shades and slip into our Queen sleeper layered in plush designer bedding. Guest can choose from a variety of pillow-filled options.

Inspired by the bounty of fresh food and local purveyors here in Sonoma County whip up a meal in our custom kitchenette. Fully stocked with all the kitchen essentials. Cook with the Hestan Cue smart induction burner accompanied with a full recipe-stocked I Pad. Bake, Toast & Roast in the Wolf oven. Get creative with Wolf electric flat pan. The options are endless. Perfect Stay in Sonoma Wine Country

My wife and I very much enjoyed our 2 night stay. Property was beautifully appointed, well maintained and in a quiet neighborhood close to restaurants, stores and the Barlow. The loft was exactly as shown. This was probably the most well stocked and thoughtfully equipped VRBO we've ever stayed in. It's an easy walk to and from downtown and The Barlow. We actually added an additional day, and we will definitely be back next time we visit Sebastopol.

This property was beautiful and romantic and had all the Moody character you could want in a quaint loft. The gardens were beautiful even for September, and I'm sure they're magnificent in the spring. The hosts went above and beyond what anyone should expect. They're truly lovely. The neighborhood is extremely walkable. And The loft itself is comfortable and beautifully appointed with gorgeous art and unique photography.

Cute, cozy, walkable to down town

This is a nicely finished property. The interior is very tastefully decorated, small, but more than adequate for a couple. Amazingly comfortable king sized bed with high quality linens. The neighborhood was very quiet, and it's easily walkable to downtown Sebastopol: main street, the Barlow, others. We enjoyed our stay here.

Well designed space and very comfortable...

This accommodation had everything one could want except a microwave. The stairs to the loft are very comfortable and make for an easy up and down as the bath is on the first floor. The shower is great!

Quaint, cozy & charming

Beautiful one bedroom (upstairs), immaculatly furnished & decorated. Located in a nice, quiet neighborhood about 1/2 mile from town. Downstairs has a small well-appointed kitchen, beautiful bath, and comfy living room. The couch turns into a very comfortable bed, necessary for my husband and myself; the stairs to the bed were too steep for old folks to use on a late nite bathroom run. Great place.

Charming and elegant space

The cottage was as pictured, cozy and comfortable space with an elegant decor and well equipped. It's located in a quiet neighborhood minutes (by car) from restaurants. We enjoyed our wine on the lovely patio in the evenings. Our one suggestion would be to put some better hooks on the bathroom door as the towels do not stay on them. Highly recommend!

Wedding Weekend

Our hosts were super gracious! Allowing us to check in early. AND also to have a few extra guests to the property for a few hours as we were getting married and needed to take pictures and get ready. The photographer and guest kept accidentally ringing the doorbell of the main house and they were always very friendly and accommodating. The property was so much more than it shows in the pictures. I have stayed in several rentals and this is in my top three. It’s such a darling place. And very close to downtown. Thank you so much!

The place is beautiful. However, the hosts are not. Not only did they falsely accuse me of stealing a remote control and insist I pay for it (spoiler alert, they found it) they also berated me because they had to steam clean the carpets and wash an entry rug after my dog had an accident (that I cleaned up by the way and also paid an additional 75 dollars for. That was in addition to the original 90 “pet fee” I paid) Like, shouldn’t they be steam cleaning the carpet and washing the entry rugs after any person stays there with a pet? Haven’t they heard of fleas? Also, the “private garden” is neither private nor an actual garden. More like a small, semi- enclosed courtyard. Again, the actual life is lovely but the hosts are terrible…

It’s unfortunate Celly had this experience with us at our loft. We would like to clarify what actually took place since this misrepresents the facts. Celly told us a day before arrival that she would be bringing her “well behaved dog” like most/all other host we have a pet fee that covers the usual extra cleaning that comes with pets. Come to find out she brought two dogs which is fine because we don’t have restrictions and don’t charge pet fee per pet. Unfortunately it seemed like one of the dogs had diarrhea upstairs on carpet. Again not a problem we as pet owners understand accidents happen but this was ALL over more then 10 different spots at least, although she wiped it up, residue was left behind everywhere and smelled really really bad (Celly was aware of the amount of poop smudge everywhere) I contacted her and let her know about the spots, smell and informed her we would have appreciated knowing about this prior to us being overwhelmed with the reality of the situation. We carpet cleaned to resolve the issue but informed her there would be an extra charge for the extra clean up. On top of the poop upstairs her pets also liked marking there was pee spots on the kitchen cabinets as well. We have hosted a lot of guest/pets at our loft but never like her, we do all cleaning. We apologized about the remote but never accused her of stealing. Our add mentions the patio is private, which it is but not fenced. Sometimes as host you get guest like Celly it’s unfortunate!

Wonderful place for a Sonoma visit!

We had a wonderful stay here. The property is so well designed and made to feel welcoming and comfortable. So many things you may not even realize you need are already there for you. The kitchen area is so well done and the bathroom with bath and shower is beautiful. Truly a gem and the perfect place to stay location wise of looking to travel around Sonoma. Nothing was too far away! Hope we can get back soon!

The perfect wedding night

My husband and I stayed here for two nights after getting married in Sebastopol and it was absolutely perfect! So romantic and classy, we felt like royalty! The hosts are amazing communicators and made everything so smooth for us during a very busy weekend. Cannot recommend enough!
