EVERYTHING you could ask for

This apartment very quickly became like coming home. One block from the tram means you can get into much more crowded parts of town super easily. There's a supermarket on the ground floor of the building. Need butter? Go downstairs! And the apartment has everything - great coffee maker, dishes/glasses/silverware/pots/pans/utensils in abundance, and the pièce de résistance, a washing machine! There is a quite large patio for hanging out, for drying the laundry, or just checking the weather. The proprietor, François, is as accommodating as you could want. Responsive, available, flexible. We struggled with getting the oven to work and François' wife emailed me a .pdf of the instruction book the same evening! The only downside that comes with all of this first floor convenience is noise (from the supermarket?) begins early and continues until just after it closes. It's a bit startling at first, but manageable. I look forward to coming back!!

Das Apartment befindet sich in einer sehr guten Lage, mit der Straßenbahn ist man sehr schnell im Zentrum bzw. an der Promenade und dem Meer. Wir würden das Apartment noch einmal Anmieten.

Appartement conforme à la description avec tout le confort et agréable avec sa terrasse tranquille semi couverte qui permet de choisir entre l'ombre et le soleil. De plus nous avons profité d'une superbe piscine ou il fait bon se rafraîchir.

Superbe appartement tout confort

Superbe appartement, grand, très moderne et très bien équipé. Il est en plus très bien situé (proximité supermarché, pharmacie et à 50 mètres du tramway). Il faut juste faire attention car les voitures trop haute s(type berlingo) ne rentrent pas dans le garage (les places dans la rue sont gratuites). Nous recommandons fortement!
