About this property

Discover Andalusia in a different way - the protected and authentic Atlantic coast

Our house is located in a protected and residential area 200 m from a white sand beach. It has a large garden with pine trees and a swimming pool. It was renovated this winter, so this is the 1st year that we are renting it out, it is a modern house, very well equipped with air conditioning, TV, outdoor table ... furnished with taste and simplicity. This house is ideal for spending a sunny holiday in a region rich in visits (Seville, Jerez de la Frontera, San Lucar de Barrameda ...) and conducive to sport (jogging, tennis at 200 m, surf schools on the beach, kite surfing at 30 m ... It consists of 5 bedrooms including a bedroom for 3 children (bunk beds + 1 bed), 2 bathrooms, 1 large kitchen open to a large living room and a veranda-style dining room. You will take your meals in the shade of the pines, facing the swimming pool and in the peace ...
