This third floor 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condominium is located on the Bayside. The Bayside has a pool, hot tub and charcoal grills. It is also a very short stroll to the Gulf side part of our property which has another pool, two tennis courts and our white sandy beach. To comply with the Sarasota County Fire Code, the two bedroom units sleep a maximum of 6 people. The comfortably decorated master and guest bedrooms are furnished with a King size bed. The guest and master bedrooms are both equipped with a 32" flat screen TV. Both the master and guest bathrooms have shower/tub combo. The living room has a large 55" flat screen TV for your entertainment. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with all the items you need for cooking - pots/pans, dishes, utensils, toaster, a coffee maker and a Keurig coffee machine. The condo is completely tiled throughout. There is also a comfortably furnished outdoor patio that can be used by you and your family to enjoy our warm tropical breezes.
