    The apartment itself was fine, a little older than expected and we had to figure out how the doorlock works but definitely okay. The highlight was the location. You walk just a few minutes to get to the beach/bakery/store... sadly the parking possibilities are quite expensive and the bar nearby makes it a little difficult to sleep if you have a light sleep.Generally a nice place but take into consideration that it's not a new hotel room but a rather old building and you have to add the parking to your travel costs (about 15-20 a day)

    La correttezza della descrizione è opinabile, sulla posizione centrale nulla da dire ma l'arredamento più che elegante e moderno appare raffazzonato e in cattive condizioni. In bagno tracce di muffa alle pareti e nel box doccia, bagno cieco con ventola che aspira mandando in cucina. La pulizia altrettanto è risultata carente. Se volete dormire al buio scordatevelo perché su 3 finestre solo una ha la tenda oscurante (inutile!). La assenza di cura e disponibilità dell'host risulta evidente dalla risposta ricevuta alla richiesta di un paio di asciugamani aggiuntivi visto che ne avevamo trovato solo uno a testa e saremmo rimasti 3 notti: comprateveli! (doccia, mani, faccia, altro con lo stesso asciugamano per 3 giorni! ?!)

    Bien placé mais....

    En arrivant, nous n'avons pas réussi à nous garer donc c'était très compliqué pour descendre nos affaires. Une fois cela fait, nous avons utilisé le parking gratuit à 20 minutes à pied. Le logement était très bien situé au pied de la mer mais quelques bémols tout de même par exemple une seule petite cuillère, des couverts dans un mauvais état, pas de détecteur de fumée (alors que c'était noté sur l'annonce), un volet cassé dans la cuisine qui émet beaucoup de lumière le matin et pas de cacao ni de shampoing. Il y avait aussi une prise casée dans la cuisine où le cache s'enlevait tout seul (dangereux) et seulement 2 chaises valides sur 3.

    Im Großen und Ganzen in Ordnung

    Die Wohnung ist ganz hübsch. Die Küche ist nicht angemessen ausgestattet. Es gibt nur 1 Weinglas, Pfannen aus dem 30-jährigen Krieg und das Treppenhaus ist in einem desolaten Zustand. Die Vermieterin wollte, dass wir um 10 räumen. Sie wünscht, dass ich Ihnen mitteile, dass Ihre Agentur es ebenso handhabt wie andere Agenturen aus. Check out 10Uhr.

    Correcte , le seul reproche c'est de ne pas préciser lors de description des lieux par la propriétaire , que le parking est obligatoirement payant , ce n'est précisé que dans un deuxième temps . La proximité de la mer est super agréable .

    Nette Wohnung direkt im Zentrum

    Kleine Wohnung direkt im Zentrum und nur wenige Schritte vom Strand entfernt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants bequem zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Wohnung ist recht einfach ausgestattet, aber für einen Kurzurlaub für 2 Personen durchaus geeignet. Die Bettcouch ist zum Schlafen recht unbequem. Kontakt zur Vermieterin nur per SMS. Den 3. Sterne gibt´s für die gute Lage.
