Tashi’s cabin, in Leadville Colorado, is half way surrounded by a porch, so you can just sit there and watch Mount Democrat turn red as the sun sets over Mount Elbert. Across the road are the beaver ponds of the very upper headwaters of the Arkansas River.
If cozying up a leather recliner in front of the crackling fire is more your style, move inside and relax by the crackling fire in the wood stove with glass door.
In the morning, it may be hard to get up as you just lay in bed looking at the aspen trees through the window but then again…you can keep on watching them from the kitchen window as you prepare a nice breakfast!
Tashi is a two bedroom, one bath cabin, sleeps 4 with a queen size bed and two twin size beds.

    Classic country cabin with all the amenities.Comfortable bed, indoor fireplace and outdoor fire ring, covered porch and gas grill. It also had comfy lazyboy chairs and a well supplied kitchen. If needed anything at the grocery, the cabin is Just a few miles from town. And we caught trout in a beaver pond across the road.Only minor issues were road noise during the day and a back yard that needed weed-whacking.
