Villa de 4 chambres/4 sdb (10 personnes) au Pyla, à 300m à pied de la mer et du cercle de voile du Moulleau, dans un quartier calme & à proximité des commerces. C'est une maison Gaume de 130m2 que nous avons achetée en 2016 et totalement restaurée. La maison est sur 2 étages :
. RdC : salon/salle à manger avec une cuisine ouverte et une grande baie vitrée donnant sur la terrasse, 3 chambres (1 chambre-double avec sdb double-vasque douche et WC, 1 chambre avec 2 lits simples et douche, 1 chambre lit double avec douche), 1 WC indépendant.
.1er étage : 1 chambre dortoir avec 4 lits simples, 1 salle TV avec canapé lit, 1 salle de bain avec WC & baignoire.
Equipement : wifi, tv offre élargie, lave-linge, sèche-linge, cafetière Nespresso, sèche-cheveux, fer à repasser, Plancha.
Dehors, il y a une terrasse ensoleillée all day, un salon de jardin, une table à manger pour 12 personnes et un jardin de 450m2 avec une table de ping pong.

Maison Pyla sur mer

L’emplacement de cette maison est vraiment bien et la maison est agréable. La douche dans chaque pièce est appréciable et l’étage permet aux enfants d’avoir un coin spacieux pour jouer. Par contre la maison mériterait d’être mieux entretenue. Certaines poignées de porte fonctionnent mal, le plan de travail de la cuisine est collant même propre…
