The property felt like home

The property was exactly as described and pictured so it definitely met my expectations. What surpassed my expectations was the convenient location, excellent communication with the Owners and the immediate response, and resolution, of any questions or concerns I had.

We are from Michigan and love aviation. We fly back and forth to Florida and many other places. We are snowbirds as well. We love the Gulf and boating and fishing and traveling. We have a 15 year old English Springer and she travels as well with us.

Why they chose this property

We bought this house originally because we wanted my parents close to us. My mom has passed away since, and my dad is in a nursing home locally.

What makes this property unique

The view is the best! If you sit at the kitchen table and just look out to the canals, it is so relaxing. This area is close to many destinations. The neighborhood is very quiet. You can swim, fish, boat, jet ski etc...
