I love the feel of a little cabin at the beach and you can't beat the view from the living room. Absolutely breathtaking. This cozy beach house has been our family vacation spot for the past 14 years. It is perfectly located and has everything you need.

Wonderful property, felt like home. lots of everyday essentials (spices, foil, Tupperware) and of course location! Condo right on Ocean Front Walk spoiled us and will be the only way to stay from here on out!

This is a lovely property overlooking the ocean. The sound of the sea were so soothing, and it was an easy stroll to enjoy the waves at the beach that had a close lifeguard ststion.The beds were very comfortable, and the rental came with all the necessary household items.The hosts were responsive to our requests. They were friendly and helpful. I wouldn't hesitate recommending this location to anyone looking for an oceanfront setting.

This place is Amazing, super quaint, almost like lakehouse style cabin you’d find on a lake in New Hampshire, but the vibes are salt air. The way that balcony door opens and you can just hear the waves crash all night makes this spot so great, and for the price especially. We were able to squeeze 6 guests in but the way the floorplan is setup it feel like we could have had enough space to sleep 10. The only drawback is the house sits directly under the flight path from San Diego International Airport, and so up until around 1130 there are planes taking off nonstop. But to be fair theres no place on Mission Beach you wouldn't hear those jets, so for the price this place is literally unmatched.

Great place!! Lots of character and it was so refreshing to stay in a place that doesn’t feel sterile like most vacation rentals. Hosts were great and responsive. We’d definitely stay again!Make sure you read the parking description - the garage spot is super tight and only suitable for smaller cars.

The place is amazing. Location and views are spectacular! Location is perfect to Belmont park, Bars & restaurants. All within walking or biking distance.The only issue we had, was there renovation construction going on with the house next to us. That started early and went on to the late afternoon. The house also has an old smell to it due the the interior wood walls & ceiling. Nothing that would prevent us from renting it again.

Our family of 5 (me, wife and 3 boys ages 10,7,7) absolutely loved this place. Was extremely accurate to this listing but the location relative to the ocean and the view were better than I expected. We explored a lot of San Diego but couldn’t have asked for a better authentic beach vibe home base. Was the rustic yet accommodating setting I was hoping for and more. Hope to stay there again someday on another trip from the east coast. Thank you!

We had a great time, and the property was nice and cozy. It was right on the beach and made celebrating my girlfriend's birthday amazing. Place was clean and beds were comfy. Only thing was the fridge wasn't cold when we got there and even after having it fully closed it didn't really get cold. Freezer was working though. There was a smell coming from the fridge possibly due to not being cold. Also had a hard time with placing the key back into the lockbox. Other than that, it was fantastic. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay. The location is perfect, right on the beach and nearby several shops and restaurants and Belmont Park. We loved the decor and it was very clean. The owners provide beach chairs and umbrellas. We loved every minute.

Perfect beach house for a family. I brought my 4 kids, ages 5-9. We were a few minutes' walk from everything. Easy walk to Starbucks each morning. My favorite part was sitting with the windows open, watching the waves at night.
