This spacious home has everything you could want for your next vacation to Cape Coral Florida. This area is a boater's dream. Either rent your own boat or charter a local fishing captain for a day out on the water. Tie up to the dock behind the house on the private canal that runs behind all the homes in this beautiful area. Just two turns and you're in the Caloosahatchee River. Plenty of fish to be had. Or take the boat to the local restaurants and beaches - Sanibel, Fort Myers Beach, and St James just to name a few.
Or you can just sit back and relax and enjoy the private pool and hot tub or watch the daily visits of the white Ibises or the striped mullets that jump out of the water looking for attention as you sit on your private dock sipping your favorite frozen tropical drink. Paddleboards and kayaks are at your disposal if you feel more adventurous. This home features hideaway sliding doors to the lanai from the dining room, master bedroom and den to give a feel of an indoor-outdoor living space - complete with a screened pool cage so you can leave them open without worry of any unwanted pests.

With its private dock and canalside location, this vacation rental is just a short boat ride from the Caloosahatchee River and the Gulf of Mexico. The home is only three miles from Cape Coral's city center, where you can find a variety of restaurants and shops. The popular destinations (and beautiful white sand) of Fort Myers Beach (15 miles south) and Sanibel Island (19 miles southwest) are both just a short drive away.

Dock details:
3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD 32 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool heat for your stay.


Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
