Totally updated and remodeled cottage just steps away from the private ocean beach at Chase's Ocean Grove. When you rent here you will have full access to the beach. Cottage is totally new for summer '19. Full size fridge, stove and microwave. Outdoor shower, nice weber grill for bbq on the deck after a day at the beach.

Open concept kitchen living room and double french doors open onto the deck. Two bedrooms with full size bed in one and a twin over twin bunk in the other. Ceiling fan and mini split heat/ac unit make this a very comfortable stay

A truly fantastic cottage and location if you love the beach. Walk everywhere.

Great Experience

My family and I rented Richard’s cottage for 4 nights and it was exactly what we were looking for. The cottage was cozy and right near to the beach (very short walk)! Richard was a great host to us and very responsive to all my messages. I would 100% recommend this cottage if you are looking to get away for a beach trip!

Perfect vacation

We had a perfect vacation in this cottage. It was very clean and quiet. Short walk to the beach and friendly neighbors in the area. You can walk to restaurants in the area. Richard was so nice and he replied right back to me if I had any questions.

We loved our week at this awesome little cottage! It was in a perfect location, just steps from the beach and walking distance to restaurants. We were so happy to have some outdoor space as well to cook out and enjoy the ocean view! The updates and personal touches inside made us feel right at home... would definitely stay here again!

Cape Cod beach vacation

My family and I enjoy our stay in Dennis Port. Very family friendly area. We were able to walk down to beach anytime we wanted. Cottage is very clean and newly updated. Owners are super nice and easy to work with!!

My wife and I have loved the Cape since we were kids, and now we have taken our kids there every year of their lives. We have 3 growing teenage boys. We love our time at the cape, but can't use it every week, so we like to rent it out so others can enjoy it as well. Our boys will be entering college, 11th and 7th grade next year, so we spend most of our time trying to keep up with them.

Why they chose this property

This is an unreal location for a week at the beach. My wife and I just went through the cottage and updated every aspect of it. The entire cottage has been remodeled.

What makes this property unique

Many cottages say they are a walk to the beach, but in reality it's a mile away or more. This cottage is literally the distance of a football field from the ocean. You can walk to the beach in the morning and leave your blanket and chairs set up there for the day while you walk back and forth for the bathroom/lunch etc. We love to come back from the beach and take an outdoor shower, turn on the music, and light the grill. Nothing better than an afternoon on the deck with a Sam Summer.
