Authentic cottage of 67 m2 (stone wood steel) located in a small hamlet at 800 m altitude in the heart of the massif des bauges in Savoy

On the ground floor a living room with an old stove (kitchen living room dining room) and two bedrooms upstairs and bathroom and separate toilet

leisure center of Lescheraines 4 kms shops are 10 minutes by car.
the ski resort of La FĂ©claz is located 11 kms and that of Aillons-Margeriaz is 18 kms (family ski resort)

Ne vous fiez pas aux photos et à la présentation TOUT EST MIEUX Le propriétaire est un fana de rénovation, inventif et avide de partager. La région est splendide et pleine de ressources sportives et comtemplatives, le voisinage adorable. Idéalement situé pour les activités, la terrasse ensoleillée est un régal, les 2 chambres sont des cocons. Bref: dépaysement assuré !

Cette petite maison est agrĂ©able, situĂ©e dans un village trĂšs calme. Dans le hameau du ChĂȘne (accessible Ă  pied), se trouve une ferme qui a fait la joie de notre petite fille, la fermiĂšre lui ayant permis de traire les vaches ! Le gĂźte est bien agencĂ© et dĂ©corĂ©. Quelques mouches (dues aux vaches ?) La communication avec le propriĂ©taire fut moyenne, puisqu'on ne l'a pas vu ni Ă  l'arrivĂ©e ni au dĂ©part, et que le rĂ©seau de notre opĂ©rateur tĂ©lĂ©phonique (Free) ne passe pas dans le gĂźte. Il fallait monter au dĂ©but du village pour capter. En plus de la ferme bio, il y a aussi un boulanger bio proche du village ; sinon tous les commerces se trouvent Ă  5 minutes en voiture, Ă  Lescheraines. Beaucoup de ballades Ă  faire dans ce massif des Bauges que nous ne connaissions pas. Nous y reviendrons sĂ»rement !

A beautiful rural location, a complete get away retreat. Loved the house and very comfortable

A wonderful holiday. A pretty house in alpine location with all amenities. So much to see and do in the area, outstandingly beautiful. Fabrice was very welcoming and helpful. Would love to stay again.
