On the 1st floor is a family room with a queen size sofa bed TV/VCR bedroom # 1 with a queen bed and access to the hall full bathroom, bedroom # 2 with 2 singles beds, TV and a private bath. The second floor has the kitchen, dining area, living room with sliders out to the deck with ocean views, bedroom # 3 with queen bed and a full hall bathroom. Second floor bedroom # 4 is the main bedroom with king and a deck. Come and relax in the quite south end of Avalon. Property owner wants 2 week rentals. Property owner may accept 1 week rentals by increasing the 1 week posted rent amount by $1,000.00.
