Beautiful Condo Just Steps From the Beach

Perfect getaway beach condo just steps from the beach! This gorgeous 1st floor unique 2 bedroom/2 bath condo includes a back patio with the ONLY private access to the beautiful pool shared by our quaint 12 unit condo complex.

This tranquil unit is fully furnished, including kitchen pots, pans, cutlery - everything you would need for cozy, relaxing staycation away from home! Also includes the privacy to work "from home" if the need arises. It's your home away from home.

Condo sleeps 6 with the bedrooms including a sofa sleeper. The unit is equipped with WiFi, TVs with cable, linens, and bath towels.

Ideal location!

Known for its amazing beaches, South Padre Island provides entertainment for family or adults. You are just a short walk to the Wanna Wanna Beach Bar - one of only 3 beach bars on The Island. Enjoy live music, great margaritas and great views of the Gulf of Mexico.

I loved it! It was perfect in size and the attention to detail in the decor was beautiful. The short walk to the beach entrance was a plus! We will definitely like to stay here again.

Amazing stay!!!! The owners are so kind and gracious. Only a block from the ocean and we could easily walk there carrying a toddler and 3 year old. We’re so glad we booked this place.

Amazing getaway!

We had the best time here. The place was very clean and comfortable. The private pool and pool access was so convenient for our family who loves swimming. The 3 min beach access was the best, when we would forget something from the house, it was a quick 3 minute walk to go and come. This is so handy with 3 children under 12. The neighborhood was quiet and relaxing. We will definitely stay here again!!

Family vacation

Condo was very clean, very well maintained, and close to the beach, It has a small backyard with a nice patio with direct access to the pool, and the patio is secured with a gate. Minor inconveniences no washer and dryer and being that you’re on the first floor you can hear the people above you. Overall, I highly recommend this place, If available, I plan on renting this condo again for our next trip to SPI.

This is the perfect place to stay if you have children. You have your own patio that leads to a pool

The property is located about 5 minutes from the beach. Perfect place to stay if you have kids. Pool was awesome and you have your own access out the patio. Would stay again for sure. Parking was also nice. Rooms were nice and furnished and had a nice kitchen stocked. 100 out of 100.

Awesome SPI condo for families

Condo was perfect! The property was clean, conveniently located, and quiet. It worked perfectly for our family of four including two smaller kids. The community pool is located right off the condo’s patio which was great. We were able to walk to a beach access. Our kids had a great time.

Excellent place for a small family. We had plenty of room for 5 adults, a 10 year old and 2 toddlers. The kitchen set up was perfect for us. The patio and pool access was used daily, if not twice per day. We walked every day to the beach & back to the house whenever we needed. Honestly the only down side was looking for degreaser for a few of the items we brought or borrowed. And that was just normal beach issues not anything to do with the house.Thank you so much for an amazing stay and great quality family time.

Great location.

We had a great time. The property is a block from the beach and has a very nice pool area. The condo itself is comfortable and the perfect size with a washer and dryer. There were a couple of issues we had but the ower addressed them quickly. When we do visit the island again I would definitely rent this unit again.

We've owned a condo at the Las Puertas complex since 2006. We know the Island very well. This condo is in one of the most desirable complexes on South Padre Island. Quiet and just a short walk to the beach or the Wanna Wanna Beach Bar.
