Lost Item Policy $50 Replacement Fee: A fee of $50 will be charged for each pool wristband or parking pass not returned at checkout.
Towing Enforced: You must park in spot marked "305" (max 2 cars tandem). Parking passes must be displayed on the dashboard.
MAR/JULY FEE: $25/person (ages 12+) wristband fee required by HOA. Paid in person at on-site office (2nd floor) upon arrival. Not in VRBO total.
