Die Lage direkt am Strand ist perfekt. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war super.

Appartement situé trop loin du centre. Pas de petit commerce boulangerie etc... Bruyant car à proximité du bar restaurant coté mer et en plus odeur de cuisine ainsi que le restaurant portugais à l'arrière côté étang donc compliqué pour aérer l'appartement. Baie vitrée de la terrasse est très difficile a ouvrir et d'après le propriétaire il s'agirait de roulements à changer mais il n'en trouve pas. La porte de chambre qui frotte au sol ainsi que celle de la salle de bain. Attention sur le balcon dont le sol a été rehaussé la barre d appui n est pas à la hauteur réglementaire et dangereuse surtout pour les enfants . Coin cuisine manque hotte aspirante au-dessus des plaques de cuisson.

Nous avons été très bien accueillis par le propriétaire Joël. L'appartement est très calme, bien situé à 2 pas de la plage et bien équipé. La vue sur la mer est très appréciée ainsi que la place de parking. Nous recommandons vivement cette location.

Déception !

Appartement qui aurait besoin d'un grand nettoyage . La proximité des étangs certainement fait que nous avons été envahis par les moustiques ,sans éclairer les lumières !!!.Notre petite fille de 2 ans a fini aux urgences ,trop piquée pendant la première nuit .Notre séjour de 12 nuits a pris fin au bout de 2 nuits .

Désolé de la présence épisodique saisonnière de moustiques et des conséquences qui en ont découlé . Palavas comme tout en chacun peut le constater sur une carte est située sur une bande côtière avec en corollaire des kilomètres de plage et des couchés de soleil magnifiques sur les étangs et parc à huîtres. Cette situation n’a jamais posé de problèmes jusqu’à ce jour et je le sais pour avoir utilisé ce logement pendant plusieurs années de vacances personnellement. Une simple bombe résout le problème dans ce cas . Quand au nettoyage, celui-ci étant réalisé par une professionnelle compétente , aucun résident ne s’en ai plaint.

Accueil chaleureux par les propriétaires, appartement lumineux et bien équipé avec une vue imprenable. Nous allons recommander cet appartement à nos amis et familles.
