This oceanfront condo rental in North Myrtle Beach is the ideal place to soak up some warm Carolina sunshine on our wide, sandy beaches. Xanadu I North Myrtle Beach vacation not only offers the beach for fun but is a prime location for being close to many venues of entertainment. Just a few minutes away is the popular Barefoot Landing where you can enjoy a delicious meal, visit specialty shops, take a walk along the waterway docks, and even visit the renown Alabama Theatre and House of Blues.

Xanadu I D4 North Myrtle Beach condo rental is a three bedroom, three bath oceanfront condo that sleeps 8. The master suite has a king bed, the second bedroom has a queen bed, and there are two twins in the third bedroom. Also available is a sleeper sofa in the living area. Relax by the pool or nap on the private balcony while feeling the ocean breeze. This rental also has a full kitchen with a washer/dryer and the linens are included in your stay. Unit D4 now has wireless internet access! Please note there are 9 steps up to the elevator.

The Golf Capital of the World has an abundance of golf courses for your sporting desires or catch a game at the Myrtle Beach Pelicans stadium which is now affiliated with the Texas Rangers. Take the kids to a water park, take a roller coaster ride at the Family Kingdom, or venture out for a ride down the waterway while watching dolphin swim alongside your boat. Xanadu I D4 also has a DVD player, VCR, and two televisions if you plan to stay inside. Shop at the close by Tanger Outlet, Myrtle Beach Mall, Broadway at the Beach or ride Ocean Boulevard to Main Street, Ocean Drive and shag the night away. Our family of 7 (ages 2-72) stayed at this location during the week of July 4th. Property was very clean. Great location with just a very short walk to the beach. Pool was nice as well. We had no issues at all. Highly recommend!

Beautiful unit

Everything was as advertised in the listing, very easy to check in. Could use a good deep clean under the beds and and the baseboard as it was a bit dusty, but other than that we enjoyed our stay. It's a beautiful area and a quiet family friendly building.

Place was great for my family

we had a great time this year and the condo was really nice. we have stayed in some questionable places and this was exactly as advertised. easy access to the beach, quiet, updated, spacious and comfortable. Parking lot is small but to be expected with some of the older places. i have 0 complaints.

Great condo

This condo was more than I expected and pictures DO NOT do it justice at all. Beds are so comfortable, 3 full bathrooms, fully stocked kitchen. Didnt need anything extra at all. Washer and dryer was amazing. I cant say enough good things about this place. I will definitely be booking here again. Super happy with our decision. I reccomend this condo for anyone, even though I'd rather it be open for when I want to go I would tell everyone to book there.

Great view, nicely updated condo, but small.

The view from the balcony is beautiful! The condo was nicely remodeled, for an older building. But the kitchen space is tiny. And there’s no ice maker. We had to buy 4 bags of ice for the week. And there was no beach access to the pool, or from the pool to the beach. We had to walk all the way around the building. Also there’s no bathroom at the pool. So you have to leave the beach or pool and go up 4 stories to your unit. Thank goodness there’s an elevator. Also, not enough parking.

Comfortable and right on Beach

We had a great time. The condo is near to everything, shops, restaurants etc but most importantly for us such close and easy access to the beach. The only downside was the noise from the motor bikes at all hours of the night right outside the street bedroom windows. We would avoid this week in future. The pool is great also.

This was our first time renting this property. It was just as described! Fantastic views, spacious, comfortable, and the location was perfect! The kitchen was well stocked with just about anything you needed to cook at home. I only rated a 4 stars for cleanliness due to the amount of dirt/dust buildup under the beds. (I know that sounds picky, but it was a lot!) Other than that, it was quite clean! We will definitely be back during our next NMB vacation!

GREAT TIME!

Condo was wonderful. Has tons of pots, pans and kitchen tools and more silverware and plates / bowls!! LOVED the furniture.. had to convince my teen daughter that just moved out not to pack the entire furniture collection in her car haha. Clean and bright. Short walk to the beach. Pool was clean. 3 bathrooms! Screen door wouldn't latch but stayed close enough the wind didn't blow it. The drain in the master bath room was slow but no big deal while on vacation! No rush, no worry! Will be back next year for sure!!

2020 pandemic vaca

Xanadu 1 D-4 was as advertised. We had a couple mishaps tho. The first night there was no AC in the unit due to the blower motor going out, however maintenance responded quickly. Downfall it was 10pm and nothing was open. They were able to get it fixed the next day which was much appreciated. Thank goodness for the great ceiling fans in all three of the rooms! The only other issue we had were the ANTS!!! We had to throw away quite a bit of food due to the ant infestation. Maintenance was called again but this time they dropped off a can of raid and left it up to us to do the rest. This happened on two nights and ended up with us not being able to leave any food in the cabinets or in the counters. Last but not least, there was some mold in the bathroom with the twin beds. The mold was in the cabinet were the sink was. It just sucks because the condo was truly beautiful. We could tell that a lot of upgrades had been made from new floors, paint, and furniture. Full size washer and dryer came in handy and the way the rooms were spaced out was perfect. None of the above mentioned was a deal breaker as we enjoyed every moment of our stay. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a nice quiet Vacation. Thanks for the memories D-4!!!

Great Spot on the beach

Loved the proximity to the beach and the overall layout of the condo. Updated bathrooms x 2 were nice as well, roomy, had a couple of issues upon entrance that were handled by property managers and owner of the unit. Would stay again.

Great location and size of unit. Very disappointed that it was dirty. From dishes, to towels, bedding, and overall cleanliness of the apartment. The fridge had a horrible smell! I don’t plan on staying there again.

Perfect Condo!

My family and I have stayed in multiple places now in Myrtle Beach and we loved this condo. It doesnt have the big amenities that others have but it really has all that you need. The location to the beach and the pool were amazing. The kitchen literally had everything that we needed versus other ones that I have been to. The master bed was absolutely amazing and one of the most comfortable beds I've ever had the pleasure of sleeping in. The layout of the condo, all the furnishing, all the appliances and everything were perfect. We couldnt have asked for anything more. The pictures on vrbo doesnt do this place justice. It is so much nicer and bigger than the pictures show. We had 4 adults and a 12 year old but would have had plenty of room for more. Parking was never an issue as we always had plenty of space and the pool was never overly crowded. The beach had plenty of space and it wasnt overly busy. If you are looking for a low key place with a great price this is the place for you. This was exactly what my family and I needed. We would definitely come back to this condo.
