About this property

This spacious 4-bedroom,2-bath, villa features scenic views of our natural pond & preserved woodland from the patio or large living room windows. Watch Sand Cranes, Cardinals, Ospreys, Herons, Egrets, Ibises, and Cranes, feed and nest in your backyard tropical paradise, together with Racoons & Squirrels, we even had a Bald Eagle in the trees outside our home.

Inside: a kitchen with all amenities included. You can enjoy easy, inexpensive meals by the refreshing pool and save your money for fun vacationing in the many attractions nearby. Our Lounge is comfortably furnished & includes a large screen SMART TV with NETFLIX, multi region DVD & music centre.

Outside in the Lanai we have a large table & chairs for dining alfresco, further chairs & sun loungers to relax in & a large moveable parasol so that you can have shade where needed plus a propane BBQ, After your day at the local attractions, you can kick your feet up and relax poolside.

Our family vacation home also includes a laundry area in the garage with large capacity washer, dryer, iron and for those rainy times we have a Fuseball Table also in the garage to keep young & old children entertained

Wonderful place to stay

Beautiful but dusty

This is a beautiful property, good location, nice layout. However the house needs a really good cleaning. Someone had a barbecue fire, there’s a big black mark on the wall, the outside fan is black, black cobwebs and the patio floor is greasy. The oven was atrocious. I did dust the drapes, wiped off and changed light bulbs. The fan chains had dust balls hanging from them, I wiped out and organized the cupboards. This isn’t the fault of the-cleaners, they don’t have much time to clean, but it really needs a house cleaning.

We are very familiar with Thousand Oaks

Largest property we have stayed in on the Thousand Oaks development, loved the fact the pool is solar heated so no extra cost. It had everything we needed for our two week stay. Lovely comfortable bed.

Tolles Haus, man hatte alles was man braucht! Ein Kicker zum spielen und vor allem ein super warmer Pool. Wo wir viele Stunden verbrachten. Ums Haus herum konnte man viele Tiere beobachten. Es war einfach nur top! Und die Kontakt zum Vermieter, schnell und unkompliziert. Vielen Dank für alles! Lg Pamela und Familie
