About this property

My villa is situated on the quiet residential community of Sunrise Lakes.

The villa has four bedrooms, comprising two master bedrooms with ensuites and two twin rooms sharing the third bathroom. It also boasts a south facing heated pool and spa (additional charge for heating) which is not overlooked from behind, giving you that extra privacy not offered by all homes.

The garage has been converted into a fully air-conditioned Games Room which will keep all members of the family amused, whatever their age. The room comprises of a Pool table and Air Hockey table, along with an electronic dartboard.

Walt Disney World is a realistic 20 minutes away, and all other major Orlando attractions are within easy reach.

With Free secure WI-FI internet, the supermarket on your doorstep, a Walmart Supercenter minutes away, various restaurants and championship golf courses also close at hand I believe that this is The Ideal Location for your holiday.

Fantastic Getaway!

Texans to Florida in Fall

Overall, the location of the property and the villa itself was perfect for our needs. Everything was as it was advertised and we were able to enjoy the pool and spa and the game room on our non-park days. It was extremely helpful to have fans (even though we brought our own). There was plenty of space so that everyone didn't feel crammed. The best feature for me was the soaking tubs because they came in handy after a day of walking at the parks.
