Stilvolles altes Haus mit großer Terrasse in kleinem Bergdorf

Wir haben die Unterkunft schnell liebgewonnen und der Kontakt mit der Gastgeberin war sehr herzlich. Einstiegspunkte für Bergtouren, Badestrände, Lucca und Pisa sind in 30-45 Autominuten zu erreichen. Einen tollen Ausblick bekommt man aber schon auf der Terrasse. Eine gute Wahl.

Ein sehr schönes Haus in guter Lage, aber leider von Bettwanzen bevölkert.

Das Haus liegt in in einem einsamen Dorf und ist einfach und sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. Leider wurde ich bereits in der ersten Nacht von Bettwanzen völlig zerstochen. Dies konnte ich erst einige Tage später richtig einordnen, da ich zunächst von Mücken ausgegangen bin. Das betroffene Zimmer wurde daraufhin gereinigt, aber die anderen Zimmer sind auch davon betroffen, wie ich feststellen mußte. In einem anderen Zimmer mit Moskitonetz ging es weiter. In einem Gespräch mit einem Kammerjäger in Berlin wurde ich in meinen Befürchtungen bestätigt und konnte mit einer detaillierten Beratung und großem Aufwand verhindern, dass die Ungeziefer in unsere Wohnung mit eingeschleppt werden; diese Gefahr besteht leider!! Zusammengefasst konnte ich kein großes Verständnis und Verantwortungsbewußtsein auf Seiten der Gastgeberin feststellen und kann so von dieser Unterkunft leider nur dringend abraten!! Abgelegen in den Bergen mit fantastischem Ausblick

Das alte Herrenhaus liegt sehr abgelegen in den Bergen, so dass es auch kein WLAN gibt. Ca. 60 unbeleuchtete Stufen führen zu der Wohnung hinauf, und diese ohne Unterstützung durch die Vermieterin zu finden ist unmöglich. Auch die Anreise bei Nacht auf einer engen Passstraße war sehr abenteuerlich. Aber wen das nicht abschreckt, und wer keinen Hotelkomfort erwartet, der wird durch eine gemütliche, rustikale Wohnung mit Küche und Wohnzimmer im Erdgeschoss und Bad sowie zwei Schlafräumen im Obergeschoss belohnt. Das Highlight ist natürlich der Balkon (ca. 3m x 3m), auf dem man mit Sonnenschirm gemütlich essen kann und dabei den tollen Kilometer weiten Ausblick über bewaldete Berge bis ins Tal nach Lucca genießen kann. Die Gastgeberin war sehr hilfsbereit und über WhatsApp stets erreichbar. Sie hat uns sogar bei unserer späten Anreise gegen 23:30 Uhr zum Haus gelotst und noch alles gezeigt. Wer Komfort, WLAN, täglich frische Brötchen am Morgen oder dergleichen sucht, der wird hier vermutlich enttäuscht werden. Da wir genau so eine idylische Unterkunft gesucht haben, waren wir aber mit allem sehr zufrieden und sagen DANKE für Alles!

Rustikales, ruhig gelegenes Haus in den Bergen, nah zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten

Die Fahrt über die kurvigen Straßen ist ein Abenteuer. Fibbiano ist ein Idyll: die Ruhe, die Lage in den Bergen, die verwinkelten Fußwege, die alten Häuser. Die Stufen vom Parkplatz zum Haus sind kein Problem. Das Haus ist rustikal, die Schlafzimmer sind gemütlich, das Bad ist modern. Wir sind sehr gerne dort gewesen. Die Entfernungen zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten (Lucca, Pisa, Florenz, Cinque terre, Meer, Berge, Carrara, Marmorberge) sind nicht zu groß. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. La route sur les routes sinueuses est une aventure. Fibbiano est une idylle: la tranquillité, l'emplacement dans les montagnes, les sentiers sinueux, les vieilles maisons. Les marches du parking à la maison ne posent aucun problème. La maison est rustique, les chambres sont confortables, la salle de bain est moderne. Nous étions très heureux là-bas. Les distances vers les sites touristiques (Lucca, Pise, Florence, Cinque Terre, mer, montagnes, Carrare, montagnes de marbre) ne sont pas trop grandes. Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques et serviables.
