About this property

Location: The rustic holiday home belongs to a small group of houses in idyllic Casoli and is located on a slope. The house is surrounded by a beautiful garden. The location is very quiet and our guests can relax in the garden. In front of the front door is a terrace with a table and chairs, where you can grill and enjoy a delicious wine. You can reach the village on foot. The house can be reached via a path (approx. 100 m) with steps. The garden is fenced.
Equipment: The decor is simple and functional. Large kitchen with 2 burner stove but with fireplace, dining room with access to the terrace, 1 twin bedroom, bathroom with shower / toilet. A staircase leads to a double room in the attic.

Ruhiges Haus in Traumhafter Umgebung

Sehr einfach eingerichtetes Haus, was aber für den günstigen Preis in Ordnung ist. Der Ort selbst ist recht abgelegen, nach Camaiore fährt man knapp 15 min, an den Strand knapp 45. Dafür wird man mit einer traumhaft ruhigen Lage belohnt, abends hört man nur den Wasserfall unten im Tal und die Zikaden.

Tutto bene ma.....

Vacanza piacevole e in totale relax, la casa rispondeva alle aspettative, ottima base di partenza per piacevoli passeggiate, unica pecca, ci era stato assicurato che il cortile era completamente recintato, in realtà lo è solo in parte, di conseguenza siamo stati costretti a tenere i cani con noi in casa, trattandosi di tre cani di grossa taglia questo ha molto penalizzato il soggiorno. Per il resto nulla da eccepire. Molto cordiale la gente del luogo, ci si sente a casa.
