The property is large, clean and very light. Paolo was extremely responsive. The property is close to the great restaurants of Trastevere but far enough away from the craziness. We had a great week-long stay.
Beautiful quiet location, with a lovely view of the garden to watch the birds from thw window in the mornings. Coffee shop and food markets within 5 minute walk and many restaurants 10 minutes walk. Fully equipped kitchen and very prompt communication from the hist.
We loved the neighborhood of Trastevere. Paolo's apartment is super comfortable, with character and the charm of folk and fine art. Thank you again for your hospitality.
We loved this cute place and the location was amazing. SO MANY cute little pockets of restaurants in walking distance. Same with public transportation. We hope to be back!
The apartment is clean, light and bright, with comfy bedrooms and a lovely living room. It was very well suited for our group of three adults, but would work well for families with kids too. The washing machine and dishwasher were easy to use and the kitchen gad everything we needed. The building has a lift, for when you have been walking your feet to shreds in Rome. The location works well for wandering around Trastevere and for public transport. Our host was very helpful, attentive and flexible.
So clean, so well appointed, lovely decor, charming, comfort table beds, terrific communication with both Livio and Paolo. Quiet yet so close to the heart of the attraction of Trastevere. We will be back! Thank you for coaching us fromthe airport via public transport! Such a wonderful stay!
We loved our stay. the apartment has everything you need and very comfortable beds. We hope to return someday!
The neighborhood was an easy walk to restaurants and very safe and quiet.
The apartment is beautiful, with a gorgeous outlook in a great location in Trastevere. We didn’t mind the small second bedroom and bathroom, and the living area is spacious. It has been decorated thoughtfully and tastefully. We were met on arrival and our welcome was very friendly and helpful. A really delightful accommodation.
This small apartment is in the perfect location to walk everywhere in Rome. Restaurants and cafes abound, and it was a short walk to the bus stop to get the Termini. The bed was very comfortable, and the hosts were very friendly and helpful.
We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment is lovely, in a quiet part of Trastevere. There were many really good restaurants and bars nearby. Trastevere is quite lively and has an amazing food scene. We could easily walk to the historic center, but public transportation is also available. Paolo was incredibly nice and helpful. The check in process was very smooth and Paolo was very responsive to my messages. I would definitely stay here again. It's a great base from which to explore Rome.

We were very comfortable staying here. Nicely situated. Very walkable area. And close to buses.
Great host.
This apartment was beautiful, peaceful, and convenient to shopping and dining. We are thankful that we discovered this part of Rome. I would love to stay here for about a month! Paolo was extremely helpful in making arrangements to return to the airport when we left. Note: It is a bit of a walk to get to old Rome; however, once you figure out the tram system, there is no problem.
Had such a fun time at this property. Up and coming neighborhood with fun shops and great restaurants. Felt very safe and was able to get around to see all the tourist attractions on foot. Great location.
We have a most enjoyable stay in Rome, Paolo's apartment was very pleasant, the shower room is a bit compact, but we were fine with that.
The area is great, with fun shops and restaurants, and within walking distance (we are keen walkers) from all the sites.
Would stay there again!
Paolo, many thanks to you.
We spent a week in Rome at this lovely apartment. The location was great - only a few blocks off all the action in the neighborhood. Lots of great places to eat nearby. Walked over the Garibaldi bridge most days and wandered. Several grocery stores nearby as well. Would stay again!
Walking distance to plenty of restaurants and cafes and the nightlife of Trastevere. Super cute cafe just a few steps from apartment. Short taxi ride to all major attractions. Apartment is exactly as listed. Perfect for two adults. We would certainly stay there again.
My daughters and I had the most beautiful visit to Rome, and highly recommend this apartment. Close to buses that go to the central historic area, easy walking to restaurants, cafes, gelato, and shopping. Very quiet location, beautiful garden views, and fully equipped with everything you could need. Paolo was a very welcoming host who left us on our own, but was available if needed. We will absolutely stay here again on our next visit to Rome!
Spacious and quiet location in perfect neighborhood
This apartment was the perfect spot for two friends traveling together wanting a quiet place but in a lively neighborhood. Clean, bright, and comfortable. Walking distance to lots of Trastevere dinning and bars, but still quiet at night. Wishes we could have stayed longer!
The property was clean and bright. Paolo was easy to communicate with and had a quick response time. The location was perfect!! It was close to everything but not noisy. We highly recommend staying at Paolo’s house!
If you like walking, you can reach most anything you want to see from this location. Trastevere was fun and full of energy. And you have a quiet oasis to return to at night. We could not have picked a better location.

Why they chose this property
The street is part of the centre but it is definetely out of the noise and the caos, yet it is only five minutes away from the lively and interesting medieval neighborhood of Trastevere and a 15 minutes walk from the main tourist attractions. The street is exclusive, residential and very green, it is also very peaceful and the building, which hosts only 8 apartments, was designed by a famous architect in 1928.
