Only 20 minutes from Nashville, located directly on Old Hickory Lake, our home is set on a wide deep cove offering a sunset view from the back year round. Enjoy our large private covered patio, screened-in porch, hot tub, herb garden, covered boat dock, two paddleboards with seats and paddles, a giant water pad, corn hole and floats. Two upstairs bedrooms (1 king, 1 queen) & a downstairs suite with a king murphy bed, 85" TV and theatre-style reclining couch and two recliners. Lyft, Uber & lots of food delivery available.

The back of our home faces West so we have beautiful views of the sunset from our living room, patio and dock year-round. The walk from the house to the dock is an easy flat stroll amongst the beautiful old shade trees. The dock is covered and has outdoor chairs so if you're not swimming, paddling or floating you can enjoy the shade on the dock or the incredible sunset views. There's a dock ladder for easy water access and even a special ladder just for dogs! Our home offers a fully-equipped kitchen upstairs and refrigerator/freezer with ice maker downstairs. The private covered patio features a couch, loveseat, two chaise lounges and a large wooden picnic table. The upstairs living area is light and airy with big picture windows and a screened porch that is perfect for serene morning cups of coffee and bird watching.

Delivery is available from more than 20 restaurants. Our home is only 1.5 miles from a Kroger Marketplace, Starbucks, Taco Bell, Eddly's BBQ, M.L. Rose Burger Joint and Pizza Pub. Bring your own boat and tie up to our dock, Avondale boat ramp is 1/2 mile away. Or rent a pontoon (Search: Sweetwater Pontoon Rentals + Hendersonville TN) right down the road.
