CAUSE DESISTELMENT FREE FROM 6/07 TO 13/07 Fall Rate / For rent, charming house 80 m2 for 4 people and a baby located 600 m from the beach, 100 m from the bakery and 200 m from all shops and the market (every day during school holidays, 4 days a week outside school holidays). It has sun terrace, sheltered and secure for children, (access car parking in front of house) includes living room kitchen equipped with nine dishwashers fridge freezer oven induction hob micro wave small household appliances large bathroom toilet cellar 2 large bedrooms (equipment BB high chair cot bath). An express U, open all year, located at 200 m also allows you to find all that you need, no displacement by car is possible if you wish it. Free shuttles (only july august) allow you to circulate throughout the island.
Possibility to rent bikes 200 m to enjoy the bike paths that will lead you to the port, nearby, the lighthouse Chassiron green marshes, Boyarville ... Also rent boats on the port, boat trips to the island from Aix, (strong approach Boyard) to La Rochelle. Walk fishing.
Possibility to rent sheets and towels (60 €) deposit requested (1000 € check not cashed) 80 € (cleaning fee required)

Très bon séjour. Au calme et proche de toutes commodités.

Beaux espaces intérieurs et déco sympa. Seuls bémols, le plan de travail de la cuisine, un peu juste et l'absence de lave linge. Le chauffage à notre arrivée, le petit panier d'accueil et la bouteille d'eau sur la table de nuit démontrent un hôte attentionné. Je recommande.

Tolles Apartment mitten in St. Denis. Der Strand, der Markt, die sehr gute boulangerie und der Supermarkt sind alle zu Fuss erreichbar. Sehr nette Gastgeber, die uns schon beim Apartment erwartet haben und uns alles erklärten. Das Apartment war sehr sauber, die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet und das Bad ist geräumig. Frische Bettwäsche und Handtücher können gegen einen Aufpreis gemietet werden. Alles in allem; kann ich nur weiter empfehlen!
