Nice house, quiet location.Severine was very avcomodating when we arrived earlier than expected.Close enough to St Malo and a number of other towns for day trips.Great local beaches and sights.Garden could do with a bit more privacy but not an issue.Would stay again no problem.

The house was tastefull and cozy,our expectations were fully met. The only surprise was that parking space was only for one car, but we managed. Owerall it was enjoyable stay.

Charming house, stunning location

Had a wonderful two week stay in Rotheneuf. The house is steps away from the most gorgeous cove. The small village of Rotheneuf is wonderful and a 15 minute drive to the walled city of San Malo. The house was well appointed and very comfortable, Close to stunning natural scenery along the coast and countryside. Quiet street right up from the beach. We would stay there again.

This new home is secluded, cozy and well equipped to host a family of 5. Appliances work, beds are ok, nice Rec space. Best of all, it’s very close to a beautiful small beach. One big issue: The lady in charge of towels, sheets and checkin is not responsive, not helpful, and was trying to push us to check out 2h earlier than the time announced on the listing. I challenged her and she backed off.

Un logement idéalement situé

Une semaine de vacances qui nous a semblé beaucoup trop courte (Noël 2023) dans une maison au calme, claire et spacieuse, bien équipée et idéalement située, à moins de 100 m de la plage et des balades sur les sentiers douaniers (paysages magnifiques et couleurs changeantes à volonté), à 50 min du Mont Saint-Michel, à moins de 30 minutes des remparts de Saint-Malo. Bref, que du bonheur.

Nous avons adoré cette maison proche de la l’ave.

Tout y était pour que l’on puisse passer de bons moments, cuisine ultra équipée, livres et jeux de société pour les grands et les petits. La maison est bien placée pour aller a la plage. Pas de problèmes pour se garer lors des retours de visites. Nous avons passé un très bon sejour.

Super vacances

La maison est grande, belle, lumineuse, et de grand confort. Sa terrasse, sans vis a vis, est au top pour manger dehors. On accède en une minute à pied aux plages par un petit chemin situé juste à coté de la maison. Également à pied au village on y trouve de tout: un charcutier traiteur, une belle boulangerie,une pharmacie et un petit restaurants bien sympathique. C’est dire si cette maison est bien placée pour oublier la voiture, elle-même bien garée sur une place réservée devant la maison. C’est vraiment la maison familiale idéale pour des vacances réussies et un grand bonheur de pouvoir y séjourner. Location propre et très accueillante dans un environnement calme. MAGNIFIQUE MAISON

Maison très agréable, tout est fait pour que l'on s'y sente bien : la décoration, le chauffage, les accessoires de cuisine et j'en passe. Ruhiges Haus in toller Lage

Wir konnten einen tollen Urlaub in diesem Haus verbringen. Der Garten liegt ruhig und trotzdem ist der Strand in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Das Haus ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und die Küche ist außergewöhnlich gut ausgestattet. Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen und für Kinder war gutes Spielzeug vorhanden. Das Haus ist sehr zu empfehlen.
