Very Nice Place

Great 4th floor rental

This property has plenty of room, extra large couches for extra sleeping area, it overlooks the basketball court so we were able to keep an eye on our kinds in the evening while they were out playing ball. The rooms are clean, the master bath is amazing and the mini bar has an ice maker. This is our second stay with this property and will be back next year.

Surfside

Our condo was great. Spacious, clean and comfortable. Nice balcony with view of the ocean. Nice to have 2 queen size beds in the second bedroom. Pool and pool deck was also nice. Very short walk across the street and we were on the beach. We flew in so the 2 complimentary beach chairs and umbrella were perfect for enjoying the beach. Outlet Mall and restaurants very close. I would definitely stay here again.

Not my fav place ever

Sand all over the floor when we checked in. Dryer took 3 cycles to dry a load. Bed was squeaky. Elevator was out the entire stay so there were only 2 to use and they took forever. Close to beach so wasn’t a bad walk at all it just took a while to get down elevator/stairs. Wasn’t a terrible stay at all but could definitely use some improvement!

we loved our stay in this property, very fast in the registration, the direct tunnel to the beach is a beautiful sight for videos and photos at sunrise, at sunset the bonfire that puts the hotel bar in the sand on Mondays and Thursdays, The entire property is very clean. especially the communication about our reservation they answer very quickly at all times. 👌

Surfside Resort is a great beachside resort. Easy beach access, good pool, close to shopping and coffee. Although this condo is in the end away from the beach, it still had a nice view. The condo itself was well stocked, clean, and spacious. This was our first time renting thru Vacasa and will not be the last.

Family Vacation

We loved the location of the condo and friendliness of the staff. The elevator doors close extremely fast so you better be prepared to jump on quickly. I think the hotel needs additional parking and a different outlet to the garage because if you reach the top you have to back up the entire way back down. Rooms were clean and we enjoyed the pool

Long Weekend Getaway

We really enjoyed staying at this property. It was close to the beach and had a nice big balcony with an ocean view. The unit itself was large and had a nice open flow. The kitchen was stocked with a pretty good assortment of cookware and plenty of dishes. The pool on site isn’t anything to write home about, but the beach is very close and was awesome. There are beach attendants that will set you up with chairs, umbrellas, and other rentals. We enjoyed cooking meals in the condo and relaxing at the beach. We also tried stand up paddle boarding, which was a lot of fun. Overall I would definitely recommend staying here..

I rented the unit last minuet because my Airbnb was oversold... It was a welcome surprise to arrive to such a nice unit. The condo had everything we needed to enjoy a week stay at beach. The beach was a short walk. What I liked most was how clean and sanitized the unit was. During these times it’s very important. The decor was nice and they even had books to read on the beach. The unit comes with one beach set up, and we purchased another for $200 for the week since we were a group of 4. 6-8 people could easily stay comfortably.

We loved your condo and our stay. We also like amenities at Surfside and the boys enjoyed the heated pool. That was much needed this time of year! The bonfires on the beach on Monday and Friday night was a nice added touch! The sunsets and s'mores were amazing!

Loved the size, decor, washer and dryer, kitchen. However the tv's was difficult to work with so many remotes, Complained about dark / mold areas in shower to desk, but no one came to address it. Knobs on jet tub loose.

Great condo, Great location

The photos on HomeAway do not do this condo justice. This condo was very large, very clean, had all the amenities of home, and centrally located in the heart of Miramar Beach. We have traveled to Destin many times and this condo was one of the nicer ones we’ve encountered. Our family would definitely stay here again. Thanks for having us as your guests.
