Hodnett Cooper is excited to present this beautifully furnished two-bedroom, two-bath condominium located at the St. Simons Beach Club - the largest oceanfront condominium community on the Island.

Beautifully landscaped grounds feature stately oaks canopying the gated entrance, tropical foliage embellishing the courtyard, and a large beachfront lawn.

In the heart of the Beach Club there is a large oceanfront swimming pool, separate children's pool, and two secluded hot-tubs. Additional amenities include direct beach access, barbecue grills, and a tennis court, as well as a fitness, and business center.

All residences include a fully-equipped kitchen, private balcony, and combined living and dining area. #413 also offers a wall safe in the Master closet.

Beach Club 413 is beautiful! showers, doors, sinks, tile & carpet, etc. Designer furnishings and appointments throughout include granite counters in the kitchen and baths, plantation shutters, and much more. Beach Club 413 offers a gorgeous courtyard and ocean view and features complimentary in-room high speed internet service.

Lack Of Communication

Very nice property. View of the ocean was beautiful. Lost power at 4:00 a.m. only 1 bathroom was usable. Contacted the property manager at 7:00 a.m. and was told someone would be by at 9. At 9:20 a.m. I called back and they said the power would be back on at 11. Still stuck inside waiting. No update given and at noon I called back again and asked if they could at least keep me updated. Elevators were not working, only the center building one was working. Power wasn't restored until after 4:00 p.m. We also lost all the contents of our refrigerator too. Very disappointed at the lack of information being sent to us and pretty much lost a day of being able to use condo.
