Each residence features two bedrooms, two full baths, a combined living, dining, and kitchen area, and a private balcony. Shipwatch #305 offers a partial ocean view from the balcony.

Community amenities include boardwalk access to the heart of St. Simons' sand beaches, a swimming pool, large grass lawn, outdoor grills and complimentary in-room high speed internet service.

We didn't want to leave

First trip to St Simons ever. This was a combination work / vacation trip. From the time we drove onto the property and then walked into the unit we were ecstatic. The unit was clean, very nicely appointed, bed was so comfortable. We wish we were still there.

Nice cleN place

I didn't get any notice about Chek in. I went the office to find out the key was in box at the property. Other than that being inconvenient It was a nice stay. Staff was very nice and friendly.

Check in was very easy but when we got back to the co do with our groceries we noticed that the refrigerator was not working. We contacted the front office and they sent an ice chest to keep things cold and sent maintenance the next morning. A new fridge was ordered and they took care of use by buying our family dinner. The condo is definitely a bit older but for the location and price it can’t be beat. It was very clean but I would recommend that the wallpaper and cabinets be looked at as they are starting to chow their age.

Summer Fun on St. Simons Island

Shipwatch 305 was clean & partially updated with everything you need. It's located within walking or biking distance to everything, including the beach. The pool was kept tidy & never too packed with guests. We loved how the condo was gated & felt secure. St. Simons Island is the perfect family destination.

Weekend Trip

Nice location. Convenient to everything. A bit dated - the upper walkway shook, and another guest's foot actually fell through some of the planking while we were there. Screen door needs to be fixed, and it took a Herculean effort to turn on the water in the sink in the master bathroom. The "partial ocean view" is somewhat obscured by some tree growth, but I did not want to sit on the deck to look at the ocean - I spent my time on the actual beach. So it was perfect for that and, overall, quite nice!

Concerns

We had mold in the door of the washing machine. Room was very dated. We couldn’t get pots out of cabinet without opening refrigerator door. The faucets were difficult to turn on and off. Closet doors broken. We were very disappointed in this unit. Expensive for stay — definitely not a 5 Star!

Our first weekend away!

We enjoyed our first weekend away at Ship Watch Condo. The Condo is a touch dated but it didn't bother us. The couch was comfy. Bed was a little firm for my taste. But honestly it didn't matter where we stayed, we just had to get away! I would stay again here. I thought the location was great! The elevator was out during our stay.....and we were on the top floor!

Charming and quiet

I loved the layout and all the ferns on the path to the pool. It was very quiet and peaceful with a lot of personality. The condo was cute and cozy and the perfect size for me and my two nieces. Checking in and out couldn’t have been easier.
