Hodnett Cooper Vacation Rentals is pleased to present the Salt Air Villas on St. Simons Island. Salt Air Villas are spacious and well appointed with large walk-in showers and whirlpool tubs in the bathrooms and lovely, comfortable furnishings. Each residence features a private balcony. The community amenities include a swimming pool, gated entry and covered parking.

Salt Air 309 features a full kitchen, master bedroom with king bed, large spa bathroom with soaking tub, spacious living room with sleeper sofa, dining area, laundry room with washer/dryer and private balcony.

This community is conveniently located near the St. Simons Island pier, village shops and restaurants, lighthouse and oceanfront Neptune Park. Walk or bike on the paved path to the village area and all over the Island! Additionally, Salt Air Villas are located less than 3/4 of a mile from the public beach access at Neptune Road.

St Simons must be on your list

This is our second visit to the island and we just love it here. Condo is very spacious and nice. Great location and in quiet area. Loved the patio area and bed was super comfortable! My only suggestion would be to get brand new sheets/towels and clean the shower head from mildew.

Great Time

This place had plenty of room. For a 1 bd room this was very large. My 1 yr old son had the space to run around and not hit things. My mom was able to read a James Patterson book that was in the apt. And we could walk in a safe area. We loved it! Tv remotes need new batteries lol
