In the lovely fishing village of Santa Luzia, within a high quality and recent condominium, you will enjoy a magnificent stay in this luxury and spacious apartment for your family summer holiday but also to benefit from the Algarve's mild climate during spring, autumn and winter seasons.

The apartment of near 100 square metres is located on the ground floor of the condominium and it encompasses:
- a high quality air conditioning system in all rooms
- a master suite with one large double bed and dedicated bathroom with shower and toilet. This suite also includes a safe.
- a bedroom with 2 single beds
- a bathroom with bath and toilet
- a fully-equiped kitchen containing vitroceramic cooking tops, oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washer-dryer with also numerous crockery and kitchen appliances (micro-oven, kettle, juicer, ...)
- a bright living room with comfortable sofa (convertible in double bed), 37" LCD TV with USB port, DVD player, Satellite channels, free Wifi through highspeed DSL
- a terrace with table, chairs, parasol and barbecue. The terrace allows a secured access to the inner garden and to the common outdoor swimming pool 10m x 5m of the condominium (the outdoor swimming pool is fully enclosed to secure children access, depth is between 1m and 1,60m , the outdoor swimming pool is open from May to October only). A sun-heated indoor swimming pool is also at your disposal all the year except for July and August to avoid noise and neighbourhood problems.
- a free car park in the basement (access through elevator and stairways)

With the unique location of the fishing village of Santa Luzia in the heart of the Ria Formosa Natural Park, the access to the beaches are allowed thanks to:
- Praia da Terra Estreita Beach : lowcost 10-minutes transfer boat from Santa Luzia Dock at 5-minutes walk from the apartment
- Praia do Barril Beach : lowcost 5-minutes transfer train from Pedras d'el Rei Dock at 15-minutes walk/2-minutes by car
Such geographical uniqueness in Algarve makes possible to access rather uncrowded beaches compared to other Algarve beaches during peak season.

Important informations about the rental:
- a security deposit of 200 euros in cash, refundable at the end of your stay, will be claimed during the check-in at your arrival. It covers any property damage that might occur during your stay.
- check-in must be performed between 4pm and 7pm. Extra fees of 50 euros will be applied if performing check-in after 7pm.
- sheets and towels are supplied and the cleaning of the appartment and sheets and towels after check-out is included in the rental price only for one time. If additional cleanings are required, extra fees will apply and those extra cleanings must be requested during your check-in.
