Waterfront duplex located on East Side Drive. This beautiful property has a with great views of Assateague Island and the Lighthouse. Newly remodeled kitchen, living room, and dining room. Kitchen is open to the dining room, perfect for entertaining while you cook! Dock is ready for 2025.. Great views and Memorial Park just around the corner to fish and crab.

Cancellations made 30 days prior to arrival will receive 100% of refund of all monies minus $ 39 Processing Fee and Any Credit Card Convenience Fees Paid.  If less, then 30 days: the advanced rent is only refundable subject to the following: The property is re-rented for the same period. Re-rental of less than a full week will be refunded on a pro-rated basis. The Agent will retain a $39.00 processing charge, and any convenience fees charged. *Deposits are not refunded for ANY reason (including bad weather).

The property was very clean and organized. Our family enjoyed all the little touches that made the house feel welcoming. The owner definitely takes pride in their rental and it shows. The check in process was simple as was the check out as well.

Great rental

The house is awesome. The photography and decor inside the house is great and the view outside is amazing. It would have been nice to have a water dispenser in the fridge and have better seating outside to enjoy the view and a softer couch because my 2 year old bumped her head on the arm of the couch multiple times. Besides those minor things our stay was amazing and we were very happy!

This year we ended up at Pony Swim and was very pleased with the rental. We learned that it is literally the PRIME spot for the pony swim, which we are not attending but was really cool to be exactly where it takes place. Prime location. very clean. Very easy check in. The art work from the owner is impressive and fun. The view is peaceful and beautiful. We enjoyed having coffee and dinner out there every day. The dock was bonus for sure. Very cool little walk way to the water. Loved the covered parking. A few upgrades could be made like couches mainly, but truly nothing to complain about!

The queen bed was painful. The couch was uncomfortable and not able to seat my family of 5. Not able to have an adult fully lay down and relax. The porch has an amazing view buts its again nothing comfortable to sit on.The owner has amazing artwork and a great house layout. Very clean. Harbour rentals was great to work with. Great communication.

Beautiful views of the bay and of the ponies! The couch, love seat and beds were very uncomfortable but didn't prevent us from enjoying our stay. Would be nice to have a propane grill for guests' use. Beautifully decorated condo!!

Our stay in Chincoteague was wonderful!

We usually vacation in OBX but wanted something closer this year. The duplex was clean and wonderfully decorated. The photography and art was tasteful, the air conditioning was excellent, and the view of the bay and sunrise beautiful!We saw the ponies in the bay onmultiple days and a dolphin our last morning. It felt like home and we didn’t want to leave! Our only complaint would be the beds and poor communication with Harbour rentals. The beds were hard and uncomfortable and we had to reach out to the rental company for information prior to our trip because none of the details were available to us in the Vrbo app They promptly and courteously emailed back but gave us incorrect information. They told us to bring pillowcases and linens but did not mention we needed to bring pillows, paper goods, dishcloths, hand towels and soap. It may have been in the contract initially signed but that was ages ago when we booked (and we didn’t remember) so we reached out by email before coming down and unfortunately we're not given all/correct details. Thankfully, we brought our own pillows and paper goods (we’ve been Vrbo’ing for years so not our first rodeo) but it would have been upsetting to arrive without them available; I mention so others are aware. Thank you, Terry, for sharing your home with the Rice family! It as a blessing to us and we made wonderful memories there!😊

This is by far the best place we have experienced. We no longer go to Chincoteaque unless this property is available The property is great - very nicely decorated. Wonderful view. We found the couch, which still looks great, to be noticeably uncomfortable. That could be that I have aged :-).WiFi was very good - no issues if you bring streamers with you.

Beautiful View from Unique Townhouse

We stayed at Pony Swim for a few days. I was immediately won over when I looked out the back window, across the water and saw the ponies. The house was clean, comfortable and thoughtfully decorated. I enjoyed reading in the notebook provided about the artist who created the artwork in the condo. The Wildlife Reserve is a real treasure and just an easy ten minute drive away.

Great location, views, home

This rental was all we could’ve asked for! It was myself, my husband, and 3-year old son. We loved seeing all of the wildlife right outside the house and fishing from the dock. The house had everything we needed for our stay; such a well-stocked kitchen! It was centrally located to walk to a park and a restaurant, less than 5 minutes to drive to the main streets with more restaurants and shops, and 15 minute drive to the beach.

Very poor handling of management company on cigarette smoke

The house inside was tastefully decorated. However, we couldn't make use of the upstairs bedrooms due to heavy cigarette smoke smell but the smell was not on the main floor. There must have been a smoking party going on upstairs prior to our arrival. We purposely left the house vacant for the first day, arrived on the second day instead to ensure the health safety due to Covid 19. We tried to sleep upstairs the first night we were there and the cigarette smoke triggered my and other family member's asthma. For the rest of the vacation, we slept on the couch and wooden floor in the living room. We informed the management company 3 times- left the message the first time, called again and the lady on the phone said that she will let the manager know, called the 3rd time and they just ignored. Upon arrival on our first day, we had to remove all the quilt blankets on all the beds due to the heavy smoke smell and put them in the closet and closed the doors. On the day that we left, we tightened up the house and were looking for these blankets in the closets and couldn't find them. When we dropped off the keys at the office on our departure day, I mentioned to the lady who claimed she was the one answered the phone the second time I called that she entered the house one day while we were out and took the blankets in the closets away. I asked her why she didn't ask to enter the house and her response was that she thought that we had a 'mutual understanding' (I am not sure what that was). We were shocked and disgusted at the response. She never called to ask if she could go in and remove the blankets or let us be aware of her coming, she never called to check up to see how we were doing, she never called to see if there could be anything that she could do to remove the smoke smells or at least tried to do something. She was never supposed to enter the house while we were there without our consent, especially during this pandemic. The management company handled the situation very immaturely and unprofessionally. They chose to ignore their responsibility and only did things to cover up for their mishaps. Overall, I have NEVER written a poor review but for the first time for the safety of my and my family, I am writing it. Hopefully the management company reads this and have theirs staffs retrained on how to handle the situation the right way with their customers.

Easy getaway

Pony Swim is wonderfully located and has a fantastic view. The property was super clean and tastefully appointed. My only recommendation is that the living room furniture be upgraded. The couches aren't comfortable and there really isn't enough comfortable seating for more than three people. If you are stuck with some rainy days and need to be inside reading or watching movies, this is a drawback. But otherwise, I liked it enough to book this property again in the future.

Fantastic property in a great peaceful waterfront location

We wanted a quiet tranquil week long break with a waterfront view. The property met all our expectations and more. It is well located, check in and check out were a breeze. Grocery store a short drive away. The house itself is well equipped clean updated and spacious. The art work is lovely. The views are so soothing. And the night sky simply beautiful. We strolled the pier every day and post dinner. It was fun to see the tide come in. Lots of lovely birds and animals abound, including a turtle in the marsh. We totaly recommend this property and hope to return soon. Thank you for allowing us to rent it.

Pony Swim Lane getaway

we had a wonderful time here. Everything was more than we expected. House was close to docks, view was exceptional and fishing wasn't bad either. Close to town and restaurants were great with the exception of one. Got to see the ponies from our deck. The only complaint that we had was the beds were not very comfortable. Other than that we had a wonderful vacation and the house was perfect.
