Comfortable and well equipped town home within walking distance to Maddox Boulevard. Great location if you want to be within minutes of shopping, restaurants and entertainment. The unobstructed view of Eel Creek and Little Oyster Bay will get your attention at sunrise and sunset! Put your kayak in the water at the shared dock at high tide. Now has WiFi and a 42" TV.

NOTE: All vehicles included electric rented vehicles must be parked in a parking space or overflow parking no parking on grass or on waterside of property.

This Property Accepts Weekly Rentals Only.***

Cancellations made 30 days prior to arrival will receive 100% of refund  of all monies minus $ 39 Processing Fee and Any Credit Card Convenience Fees Paid.  If less then 30 days: the advanced rent is only refundable subject to the following: The property is re-rented for the same period. Re-rental of less than a full week will be refunded on a pro-rated basis. The Agent will retain a $39.00 processing charge and any convenience fees charged. *Deposits are not refunded for ANY reason (including bad weather).

Great location!

Property was as described, great location with easy access to shops, restaurants, activities, etc. Shared dock was a nice amenity for crabbing. Check in and out was easy, overall a great experience.

Kitchen had everything you need. The owner thought of everything to make your stay comfortable. I have stayed in a lot of places in Chincoteague and this one is on top of my list! Would definitely come back!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location was great but the house was not clean. Sand piles everywhere, floors never mopped, air vent on wall in kitchen full of dust, stair railing to second floor sticky same for kitchen table snd counters, carpets not vacuumed, spent first 2 hours wiping every surface down. Which wouldn’t be as annoying if you didn’t charge bug cleaning fee.

Nice getaway

My daughters, a friend, and I stayed here as part of a graduation celebration for one of my daughters. It was easy walking distance to Maddox, and was a good size for us. We had hoped to be able to put our kayaks in on the dock associated with the units, but the water level never got high enough to do that. One can walk through the marsh to put in, but the mosquitoes were pretty intense. It would be great if there were stairs from the dock down into the water. Other than that, it was just what we wanted.
