Comfortable and well equipped town home within walking distance to Maddox Boulevard. Great location if you want to be within minutes of shopping, restaurants and entertainment. The unobstructed view of Eel Creek and Little Oyster Bay will get your attention at sunrise and sunset! Put your kayak in the water at the shared dock at high tide. Now has WiFi and a 42" TV. Great Location!
