Pretty old house, 2 steps from Port-Mélite, and white sand beaches, including a living room / kitchen / fireplace and upstairs two bedrooms: one bedroom with a double bed, and one with 2 single beds square; a bathroom with WC.
A 100m2 garden with a terrace, facing south.(BBQ, garden table and chairs, parasol). Ideal family.
The nautical center of Groix is at the end of the chemin de Port-Mélite, ie 2 minutes from the house. Sailing lessons, and boat rental by the hour.
For shopping, Intermarché is 500 m, the Bourg 1 km.
