Amazing stay in gorgeous surroundings!

This incredible home situated in gorgeous countryside was the perfect home away from home for our large family in town for a wedding celebration. We enjoyed long hikes on the property, lazy naps in the hammock and dancing around the firepit while watching shooting stars and gazing at the Milky Way! Our party of 12 slept very comfortably and the home had everything we needed. Communication with the host Paul was easy and attentive. Everything about this place exceeded our expectations! The house is beautiful and spacious and had everything we needed. The property and sweeping views near the fire pit were such a treat - the perfect place to watch the sunset. I would definitely book this rental again!

This house was absolutely perfect for our trip. The home and the grounds were so beautiful and peaceful - it was the perfect spot to relax after spending so much time at the fields. It was very clean and spacious, plus the owner was very easy to deal with. We highly recommend this property.

This was our second time renting Paul’s beautiful home. Our second stay was just as wonderful as our first in 2019. Lovely Farm House Weekend

Thanks to Paul and his family for sharing their lovely country home. We arrived on a beautiful day made better by the discovery of their amazing outdoor views, seating areas and walking paths. The house was beautifully decorated with modern comfort and design as well as many nods to the history of a well built farmhouse. We had every modern convenience we could ask for and Paul’s home provides us with a retreat like experience for our family of 7. Plenty of room, plenty of comfort, plenty of beauty. We would definitely rent again if we find ourselves back neat Cooperstown.
