Beautiful typical Spanish villa close to the sea
La Torre Del Sol is a beautiful typical Spanish villa of 200m2. It is located in the quiet area of Los Limoneros in the municipality of El Altet, just a 5-minute drive from the large sandy beach of Arenals Del Sol and less than 10 minutes from Alicante-Elche Airport. It faces due south and is located in a pretty 2,500 m2 wooded park (fully enclosed) itself located in the middle of hiking trails and lemon fields. In the garden, you will find a large private swimming pool of 9m x 4m and a large terrace of 200 m2 with BBQ, deckchairs and an equipped summer kitchen. It is a single storey villa, composed of a living room (with French satellite TV), an equipped kitchen (with washing machine, dishwasher, oven and microwave), 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with 2 toilets, a covered terrace and of course a WiFi internet access. There is enough space inside the enclosure to park several cars in the shade.

Peace and quiet
Lovely villa set on a very large plot. Bruno and Florence were lovely hosts, Bruno even drove us into town one evening so the family could go for a meal! Off the beaten track means a car is completely necessary with shops and amenities only a short drove away but on roads without footpaths so walking isn’t really an option. Five minute drive from the airport.
We will definitely return soon

The villa and facilities were all that we desired
On arrival we were greeted by Bruno and his wife who showed us around the property. They had provided us with high chair and baby bath for our grand daughter. The villa was as described and cleaned ready for us. There was plenty of equipment in both kitchens for our needs. The outside area was beautiful and well maintained. There is an outdoor kitchen with a 6 lighter barbecue which we utilised and enjoyed very much. The pool area was used on a daily basis to provide the perfect relaxing holiday. The villa comfortably houses 8 people. Bruno was on hand to deal with any issues though we did not have any. I would highly recommend this villa for a perfect family break.

De très belles vacances
Nous avons passé de très belle vacances. Les adultes ont autant adorés que les enfants. La cuisine idéale. Pensez à louer une voiture mais les commodités ne sont pas très loin.
Les propriétaires sont très accueillants, vous conseillent sur les activités et viennent nettoyer souvent le côté piscine

Bien mais peu mieux faire.
Très bel extérieur, intérieur vieillissant ainsi que le mobilier de jardin et de piscine.
Gros points noirs, électricité et eau ainsi que la 4ème chambre.
Réseau électrique vétuste et très vite dépassé (pas plus de 3 appareils en même temps).
L eau provient du puit et est donc salée, aussi bien pour la toilette que les tâches ménagères.
Quant à la 4ème chambre "indépendante", elle est dépourvue de toilette et de salle de bain et il faut sortir à l extérieur afin de profiter des commodités.
Cependant malgré ces quelques points faibles le propriétaire reste à l écoute et est très réactif.
De plus la cuisine indépendante est un atout indéniable.

Great relaxing hideaway
We booked Bruno's place for a family holiday. It was ideal for relaxing and having family time. Bruno was always on hand if we needed anything. The property is close to the airport and beach but you definitely require a car.

Für meine Familie hatte das Haus gereicht. Das Pool ist Salz Wasser etwas gewöhnungs bedürftig aber mann gewönnt sich dran. Sicher mus in der sanitären und Elektro Bereich noch etwas verbessert werden aber im grossen und ganzen hat es uns gefallen.
