It is located a stone's throw from nearby shops (Bakery, Primeur ... and Carrefour Contact, open on Sunday mornings).
It has all the necessary comfort:
Living room with 2 sofas, coffee table, TV, dining table for 6 people.
Open fitted kitchen, with fridge, freezer, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, coffee maker, washing machine, and dishwasher. Balcony with bistro table and 2 chairs.
