WE ARE LOCATED RIGHT ON ISLA VERDE BEACH. THE BEST BEACH IN THE SAN JUAN AREA WHERE YOU CAN RENT JET SKIS, PARASAILING, BANANA BOATS ETC.

ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING. A FEE OF $200 WILL BE CHARGED TO REMOVE ODOR. THIS IS A PRIVATE RENTAL WITH A RESERVED PARKING SPACE IN A HOTEL SETTING
THIS STUDIO IS RENTED FOR TWO PERSONS ONLY.

NO PETS ALLOWED. EXTRA CHARGE OF $225 FOR DOGS OR ANY ANIMAL TO PROPERLY CLEAN THE AREA.

CHECK-IN IS AT 3 OR 4 PM DUE TO CLEANING REGULATIONS FOR ROOMS. WHEN THE ROOM IS READY I WILL TEXT YOU. USUALLY, IT IS EARLIER THAN 3PM

Remodeled studio with a King size bed. Equipped kitchen, high-speed Internet, cable TV, large balcony, AC, and a Reserved Parking Space in the underground garage. Located on the beach at the ESJ Towers just 5 minutes from the International Airport and next door to the resort hotels the Royal Sonesta San Juan Hotel and the Fairmont Hotel San Juan. We provide linen and towels. Please note that there is no daily room service during your rental as this is a Private Owner's rental.

Within a short walk to Chili's, Pizza Hut, Church's Chicken, Burger King, Subway, Cold Stone Creamery, Taco Bell, Wendy's, CVS, Pueblo Supermarket open 24 hrs., El Metropol and Mi Casita Restaurant serving favorite Puerto Rican delights. Great for a romantic vacation in tropical, sunny Puerto Rico. Comfortable for two persons. Non-smoking persons only, no pets. PS. Spectacular beachfront view - the best on the Island! The condo is located right on the beach where you can rent water sports such as ski jets, and parasailing.

Beautiful, stunning view- and excellent host communication. Be aware you are overlooking the neighboring resorts pool, which plays loud music during daytime hours (very quiet at night, however). The host was incredibly helpful, the beach is magnificent and the apartment has everything you need to make the stay comfortable.

The apartment was as described. Beautiful view. The host was in contact and very helpful. It felt like home. Highly recommend a stay at this apartment. Close to stores, restaurants and airport. Access to the beach is great.

Everything is like the pictures. You get to be at the very top of the building so you get a really good view of the entire beach. The host was very nice and communicating with her was easy. Parking was available if you have a rental. They have a laundry room, for that you need to go to the front desk and pay to get a token one for the washer and one for the dryer. You must have your own detergent. The room comes with many towels and beach towels. I did ran out of toilet paper and for that you need to buy some at the café shop. The TV works better if you download the roku app control remote. It took some time to figure out how to get to the laundry/Parking and back since only one elevator worked when I was there but you can always use the stairs. Overall I loved the location you can easily walk to many places to eat or supermarket.

Relaxing and beautiful place

It was a beautiful location and very nice place to stay. It’s located on a beautiful beach and enjoyed morning and night time sunshine against the beautiful blue water. My wife and I would stay here again if we come back to Puerto Rico.

Only stayed for two nights - wish it would have been longer since you get a cleaning fee regardless of a few nights or a week. View was beautiful and located in a very good area with security. Nice parking spot comes with the room. Room was very clean and adequate for my wife and I. Only issues were one lamp didn’t work and took awhile for hot water - contacted the owner and she told me to let it run awhile because it’s tankless water heater. Check-in and communication with the owner was great. Plenty of eating places with-in walking distance and a grocery store only 2 blocks away. Definitely give it a thumbs up and hope to get back there and stay again. Almost forgot - is one the one end of the most beautiful beaches in San Juan - my wife and I loved just walking the whole beach!

Great location with an amazing view. I was only in town for two nights for a funeral service and this was the perfect location to remember the life of a dear friends. Uber rides came within 2 minutes of ordering and the cafe in the lobby had a nice coffee and food menu. Isabella gave excellent instructions and was very attenative.

Perfect unit for a perfect vacation

This unit is exactly as described and located within walking distance of many restaurants, bars and a casino. Conveniently located within a 15 - 20 minute drive of San Juan with spectacular view of Isla Verde Beach. Owner was very communicative. We will be returning to Puerto Rico and will definitely consider a return stay.

I am a retired school teacher living in South Riding Virginia this property in PR is my second home and my favorite unit when I come to PR. The view is simply spectacular. The angle of the view is such that when you walk into this particular unit it seems that you are walking into the Atlantic Ocean water.

Why they chose this property

The balcony on this property, unlike other properties in the building, is free of the noisy air conditioning compressor. This allows you to use the full space of the balcony for your comfort and free of noise.

What makes this property unique

Aside from a compressor free balcony, the view of this unit is to the West side of the building. This is the best view of the building and is in fact the iconic view of Isla Verde.
