Pet friendly cozy house in a great location. Perfect for family. We walked to downtown and to the water. Just a quick drive anywhere you may want to be. Very nice.
Very convenient location to just about anywhere. It’s only a stones throw to Edmonds with tons of shops and restaurant's. Best part is being close to Puget Sound with unlimited places to view sunsets, including the front porch. It’s on a very busy street which we were leary of to begin with but never affected our stay. If you have a dog I suggest locating and driving to one of the many parks in the area. There is also the beach walk next to the ferry docks. The coolest dog park, it’s on the water, is about 4 blocks South of the ferry docks. The hosts were very easy to work with and the two minor issues were handled quickly with little or no stress to us. And the price was a great deal for this type of VRBO.!
Walking distance (1 mile) to town and sunset. Everything we needed to stay comfortably for 9 days. Nice sitting area outside that we didn’t use much because always out and about!
The house was very comfortable with all the amenities we needed. The owners were so helpful and responsive. We loved the location because we have family both north and south of Seattle, plus Edmonds is a pretty little town to visit. This was a perfect place for our visit to the PNW.

Thank you Lisa. You and family are welcome back anytime.
This is a very comfortable, well - stocked and convenient place to stay while exploring the Edmonds area. It's close to the waterfront, ferry and downtown and easy to get into Seattle and other towns in the PNW.
My husband and I were absolutely delighted to have such a lovely guest house during our stay in Edmonds! I am incredibly picky about cleanliness and was relieved and grateful to see the beautiful, well-cared for home. Everything we needed was available and we were taken care of very well. I highly recommend this home to anyone (and don’t write reviews often at all because my standards tend to be really high). Excellent location in Edmonds! We hope to be back one day.
Stayed a few nights with our kids after exploring Mt. Rainier. This home was a great jumping off point for visiting Seattle while feeling less metropolitan. Edmonds was a beautify city, our hosts were responsive and the home was perfect for our needs. Thanks for a great stay, even in a record heat wave!

Thank you for the feedback. Unfortunately it’s taken with a major dose of salt considering your complaining started before you ever arrived. We accommodated rescheduling you TWICE prior to ever arriving, and that was just the start. Lesson learned for us. You originally scheduled for a month, then changed to 2 weeks, then down to one. Booking up reservation time and changing at the very last minute. You worked us good. Never again.
In hindsight, you really should be ashamed.
After 40 years of being gone loved this property and its location near where I grew up. Everything you need is provided from shampoo to a stocked kitchen all you need is the food you will cook. Host was wonderful and their home is a home not just a place to stay. You will love it highly recommend
We stayed in this property during our annual visit to adult children in the area. The rental was spacious and had everything we needed. The only drawback was the location which was on a busy, noisy street, making the use of the outside patio not an option. However, we found Tammie and Travis to be very responsive to the questions we had and the help we needed. They helped to make our stay very pleasant. We would certainly stay there again.
Only 2 items prevented a 5 star rating. 1. Had trouble getting tv to work2. Exiting property is dangerous because hedge blocks view of immediate oncoming traffic
Our stay was really great! It was an easy process to check in. Also the hosts are really great. They let us extend our stay on a short notice when our plans changed last minute which was SO helpful! They accommodated our pets as well which we are so grateful for! The house is cute and clean and the kitchen had lots of stuff stocked. The view is beautiful from the deck and living room. The only "complaint" is that the parking was tight for two cars getting in and out but it still worked so well for us. Thank you!
We had a nice stay. Hosts responded immediately to our text messages. I was delighted that we could plug in our car there. The kitchen was well-equipped.
It's on a busy street, but you don't hear any traffic noise from inside when windows are shut. Across the street there were many lovely gardens -- beautiful streets to walk on and in May everything is in bloom! We also had some beautiful clear days when we could see snow on the distant mountains.
