Sunny Top Floor Studio/ Excellent Athens view

The Studio based on Koukaki urban area of Athens is sunny and has a private terrace offering excellent views to the monument of Philopappou and to the mountain of Hymettus. It features high speed WiFi, A/C, fireplace, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom w/ shower and balconies. It's 5’ minutes walk from Fix metro station (fast walking speed) or 10 minutes (normal walking speed). Likewise, it’s 10' to 20’ minutes walk from Acropolis metro and in walking distance from all major attractions as Acropolis museum, Theatre of Herodes Atticus, Plaka.

The space
This studio is ideal for a couple taking a vacation break to Athens or for those visiting the islands and they want to just have a quick glance of the Athenian highlights. Conveniently located on a quite spot that is very close to the urban life of Koukaki and to the tourist attractions of Ancient Athens and at the same time very close to the sea shore.

The studio has all the amenities needed for a short or a long stay. Although small (20m2), it is very cozy and has all the necessities to enjoy a carefree vacation in Athens. There is a brand new mattress (1,30cm x 2,00) with multiple springs which is very comfortable for sleeping. There is also a 4K Samsung smart TV with HDMI cable. The brand new bathroom has high water pressure and it is designed to relax you. The kitchen has refrigerator, small oven, microwave and 2 gas burners for cooking. There is a Nespresso machine and ground coffee maker along with all the other basic devices such as toaster, kettle, moka coffee maker, etc. It also has all the necessary utensils and pots/pans. The studio also provides fresh linens (towels and sheets) to all of the guests and also 1 maintenance cleaning before your arrival. In case you come to Athens for more than a week an extra cleaning can be arranged.

Heating
The apartment is also perfect for winter accommodation. It has central heating, electrical convector by Nobo, Air-Condition inverter by Mitsubishi, bathroom fan heater by Stiebel Eltron.

Long term winter stays
For long term winter stays (more than 28 nights) there is a special discount on price per night. The price includes electricity, hot water, WiFi and central heating which works periodically on the very cold winter days and is operated (on/off) by the building manager. The studio has also a working fireplace. Firewood delivery on request can be arranged for a minimum of 1/2 tone quantity of wood which costs approximately €80-100. Cleaning
During a long term stay it is recommended to apply a professional cleaning in the apartment at least 1 or 2 times per month. Enquire with me for more info.
