A Family beach house

This house has been in our family for over 20 years. No need to drive to the beach, Located 100 yards from the ocean. Enjoy sitting on the deck relaxing. The house is equipped with central air, washer, dryer and basketball hoop.Eat out at one of the many restaurants or stay in and cook in our kitchen.

A home away from home!

This property was perfect! Great location! Only a short 2 minute walk to the beach! Adam is very friendly and helpful, answering any questions you may have! We went right after Hurricane Dorrian and he kept up in the loop, right up the the day we went! Excellent communication! The kitchen is equipped with anything you'd need and amazing restaurants are only a few minute drive away! We had an fantastic vacation and are planning to stay again!

The property is in disrepair. The stairs to the deck are rotting and slippery, the railings are coming apart, the entire structure is unstable and needing repair. The grass was knee high. The vents were filthy. Only one burner on the grill worked, the dryer is not vented and blew dryer lint all over me. Saw two roaches. Just seriously needs some TLC to update and make safe. The walk to the beach is the best thing about the home.

Very close to the beach

This place is so close to the ocean, which is exactly why we chose it! You can sit on the porch and see the ocean. The beach access is literally right there, it takes a minute to walk there. The house has everything you need for your stay, however it is definitely an older home & is outdated, everything inside seems to be what was used by the owners for many years. Our family didn’t care, we were more excited to be in such close proximity to the beach. We would definitely stay again!

Homey beach house

You can’t beat how close this is to the beach access and view for the price. If you are looking for a pristine beach house with all the perks, this isn’t it. If you don’t mind the simple things, it’s perfect. We had plenty of space for 4 adults and 3 kids. We had a few issues but had great communication with the owner. Thanks so much for opening up your family house to us, Adam!

Outerbanks stay

Adam was wonderful for being able to communicate with. The location is excellent, along with wonderful beach access, 2minute walk..House was well stocked with neccessary things needed we didnt have to pack and bring along. Was a little disappointed that the washer/dryer were not hooked up to use. Would rent again!!
